The bottom line is I've been going to Dr Ken Gee since his first year in business. When my UCLA doctor told me I would never exercise again, due to my herniated disc, and that speedwalking was my future, Dr Ken Gee had me up and operational quickly, and I since took up deadlifting, martial arts, etc. I've sent well over 50 patients to him, and all were satisfied, with the vast majority continuing to use his services indefinitely. Had a horrible experience with Dr. Ken-gee. This is what happened, after seeing him a couple times for a bad knee, I was sold a package for adjustments. After a few visits my knee felt better, but because of his rough jerking motion of the neck, my neck was sore and I wasn't able to move it for a 3 days. I was scared to go see him again because she didn't want to get hurt and when I called to speak with them to ask for a refund given the pain I was caused by Dr. Ken Gee, they didn't have the courtesy to even respond to me or call me back.
