DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! 2ND Dress is now canceled I have been lied to, hung up on, disregarded and disrespected.I have been getting the run around with this company since the 5th or march my event is the 26th and i still dont have a dress! there is so much i want to say but i cant i have to run to the malll to find a dress smh! I am leaving this review for the owner (Update) One dress has been received and it is beautiful my sister looks great in it. I can't say anything but positive things about the quality of the dress. However my opinion of the customer service we have received my opinion remains the same. Fingers crossed I will get a tracking number soon for the other dress. I will update my review upon and if its received. .............................................I placed my order on March 5th for 2 dresses this morning I received a email that my dress was not in stock due to high demand ,7 days later for a event on the 26th of this month. I was floored but to stay positive I just placed another order to replace that dress, I called customer service to ensure the dress is available and was told they will call me back to see if it is in stock. (Should you be taking payment in full for dresses that may or may not be in stock! )And now if the dresses are not in stock I have to wait to be refunded and I still do not have a dress! I expressed that was a bit difficult and frustrating because if the dress needs alterations there would not be enough time and I was told I would have to pay to have the dress shipped expedited. Absolutely unacceptable! Speaking with customer service was not helpful as they are not in the country and basically a live answering machine taking messages and reading a script! I expressed I need to speak with someone at the store and was told to send them a email. SMH and I still do not have a dress despite spending over $1700. Read moreDISHONEST COMPANY THAT LIES TO YOU. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I ordered four dresses from this store with the plan of picking one and returning the others. Unfortunately I was not informed until AFTER they charged my card the $670 that there is a 35% restocking fee for the amount of dresses I purchased (20% for 1-2). The email letting me know this went to my spam and so the dresses never shipped. Frustrating that they charge this much for restocking, but somewhat my fault so I understood. HOWEVER. I made the grave mistake of reordering 2 of the dresses with expedited shipping. I was charged and received confirmation of shipping and the tracking number from both the store and the third party tracking app. The email said “Your Order Has Been Shipped!”. Then I received a follow up email that one of the items was out of stock, however the shipping receipt showed two items had gone out. I called the store 3 times, waited on hold for 10-20 minutes each only to be sent to voicemail. When I called again the next day (the day I was supposed to be receiving the dresses) I got a hold of someone and they told me they hadn’t even shipped the dress that was in stock because I hadn’t responded. Seeing that it was expedited (aka I need it ASAP) and they’re real people not a computer system you would think they would at least send the one. When I told them that I had called earlier and no one answered she said “well you’re not our only customer and you should have emailed”.
Bottom line: They are deceptive about the restocking fee and give you no notice upon checkout. They will lie to you and say your order has shipped when it really hadn’t. And they will charge you first and ask questions later.

Read more1 star was unfortunately the lowest rating I could give to leave a review. First off DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I had originally ordered a dress on May 14th. They had contacted me the next day about not having a specific color and offered to choose another color. Annoying since it was still available on your site but whatever. So i paid extra for faster shipping when I had placed my order. I recieve it and I absolutely hated it. Looked nothing like the picture and I was drowning in it. At this point I was annoyed due to lack of communication and wanted a refund. (Caution: its a 3rd party seller and they dont mention it at all, plus they charge a 20% restock fee) i was supppsed to have a return sheet in my package with how to send it back and where, there was nothing. 2 days later I sent my package back to the address on the bag they had sent me due to there being no where else to send it since the package was incorrectly packaged. I played email tag with this incompetent company for a whole month for a refund! They were no help when it came to tracking my package down and they did not respond in a timely manner what so ever! I even tried calling multiple times, no one ever answered the phone! And they were ready to refuse my refund bcuz of their mistake. It turns out it got sent to one of their shipping warehouses. Okay at least it's not lost, so I let them know of course and they again respond with it's not in their possession I can't have a refund.. Well as a business, they should be in contact with their warehouses, they apparently are not. So I had to feed them the idea of contacting their distributors to see if it had shown up.
