The property management and leasing staff at Westwood Village Apartments (WVA) are devoted to assisting residents to have the most enjoyable experience at their exceptionally well maintained and beautiful apartment community. The leasing staff is at once professional and caring and helpful. The management team, which also works from their office in the building (so important today!!) strives to give exceptional attention to the concerns or needs of residents, on top of being first class champions of every facet of the building's day to day management, cleaning, and unit maintenance. Everyone here is treated as a VIP. My maintenance requests, rare, we're responded to usually the same or next day. The main lobby floor has a brilliant secure package system, purified hot and cold fountain water and an automated barrista machine for delicious coffee beverages to enjoy. I made regular use of the all new rooftop gym and the private rooftop pool and deck for swims, reading a book or studying, or having a cookout onthe grill. The panorama views from the roof are complete with views of stunning California mountains. The indoor parking was well maintained and a breeze to access. Wonderful neighbours too. I booked the apartment for 6 weeks as a base while my wife was having major surgery at the UCLA Medical Center. We had considered a hotel initially but realized that an apartment would give us much more flexibility.

Our apartment turned out to be far better than we expected and it quickly began to feel like a real home from home. The layout has been cleverly designed to give a feel of spaciousness with decoration, furniture and wall art all modern and tastefully chosen.

Location is perfect, being within easy walking distance to the UCLA medical Centre and Westwood Village. The whole area feels very safe and a great place to be based.

Reception is open 7 days a week and the three staff have always been very friendly and extremely helpful in every way.

For the past 6-7 years we have been regular guests at Westwood Village Apartments. We like the apartments, which are within walking distance of UCLA and the major shops in Westwood. They are nicely decorated and furnished and provide a convenient solution for stays of a few months. We have always been happy with the service of the local team, even though it has changed every year in the past 3 years (a bit too much to our taste). This year (2018) Christian and Mina are on the administrative team. They were very forthcoming in answering our questions ahead of our arrival and satisfying our requests once we chose an apartment.
