This store is a rip off and it is sad, they are quick to fast talk you to make a sale but when their jewelry breaks they get quite right quick... I have had the same 2 necklaces both was purchased here for several years... Recently I had to have both of them repaired... Each time i got them repaired they broke the same week or the next... I have been dealing with them continuing to break for about 2 months... After getting them repaired for the same issue of bad repair work you think they would not charge you but they do not care about customer service satisfaction nor customers who are not trying to buy new jewelry from them... Its just sad... Needles to say I will be taking my money...

Well today, another diamond fell out of my woman's ring. Just a fifth time. I had to go back 4 times. He exchanged the original ring for a better one because it lost 4 diamonds. He upgraded to a new ring and after 9 days, another diamond is missing. We are very dissatisfied with the quality of this jewelry. I would not recommend this place at all I'll be taking it back today to talk to him. I'll let you know how the outcome is. The original ring was less than 6 months old and the new one was 9 days old. This is an update: thanks to Sammy for going the extra mile and giving me a great deal on a new engagement ring !!! I should have listened to the reviews and stayed far away from this place!! My boyfriend spent almost $500 on an engagement ring, stones have went missing out of it twice, they have fixed it twice and now for a third time there are stones missing AGAIN!!!
