I had trouble finding an item and had asked an employee who showed me an area of where this item might be but that was it. I went to pay for what I did find and approached a manager and asked if she could look up the item so see if was in stock. She told me that they did not have the capability to look up any items which, a company this big, I find it hard to believe. She never moved from her spot and just told me that not all Hobby Lobby's carry the same items as well as online. I told her that her employee was half assed in helping me and the cashier, Emma M, interrupted and told me not to talk like that and then thought it was funny with her Manager! Seriously!!! This the WORST Customer Service I have ever had at this store and I drove a long way to shop at this...

Very rude customer service from Ashleigh P on 2/24/23!!! Wall decor was on sale 50% off. When we got to the register with said wall decor, it is labeled table decor..Clearly these items are made to hang on the wall and even have hooks on the back made for hanging on the wall..When we questioned the cashier about why something made to hang on the wall was labeled as something that sits on a table she was extremely rude!! And so was the manager!!! We were not being rude at all!! It doesn’t take any effort for people to be kind. My mom and I had just came from putting our cat down and were trying to take our minds off our grief. Definitely will not be back because of this one cashier! Do better Hobby Lobby!
