First my son was sold an IP banned Playstation 5 (which is messed up for real) that he spent all of his xmas money on. I paid for the warranty and thank God I did or he would have been screwed. But even the warranty was almost messed up because when we bought it, the person who checked us out didnt save it under my account. If the manager lady didnt remember me from the first purchase i dont think i would have even got a replacement. So I drove him up there and he exchanged it. Then he gets home and tries to play it and the controller he was given with the second PS5 was broken. So I drove all the way up there again and exchanged that. He gets back home and the controller doesn't work again for a second time. So that's 1 very expensive PS5 that didn't work and 2 broke controllers. I was not driving up there again, I have been as patient as I can be with these people. I ended up spending money I really didn't want to spend on a brand new controller. Between the gas money going back and forth 100 times and the controller I spent 80 dollars on I don't feel it was even worth purchasing anything there in the first place. Buying used actually ended up costing me more money. They were very nice and did what they could to help but it's very obvious they do not thoroughly check these products at all (if at all) before putting them out for sale. Not only were they messed up the controllers were dirty too. Huge waste of time and money and I will not ever go there again. I can understand one thing happening but over and over again it's just ridiculous and totally avoidable. Dont think ive ever left this long of any kind of review but the incompetence at this place cant be understated....

Not even 20 seconds after I walked in, i was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. When I did ask for help, they knew exactly where everything was and what I needed. When I went to checkout, the employee on the register was so nice and very patient as i gave him 2 gift cards he couldn't scan but had to enter manually (sorry!). He then asked me if I had a GameStop card and if I wanted to sign up for one, which is always a good thing to ask. I signed up for one and then proceeded out of the store with my goods and extremely satisfied.
The customer was amazing, the store was amazing, the amount of games they had was outrageous....

But didn't know how to look up anything said she didn't have anything we needed thankfully there were other workers there stocking from a dif store. And end result we ended up spending 200 dollars. The game we bought was told it was pre owned and it was not it was refurbished which we wouldn't have bought had we knew. And as expected it wasn't working. The brick wasn't functioning at all. We tried to call store for two days no response so we just called Louisville location and they gave us a way better deal ended up spending 200 more and had a working pre owned newer system. Overall most game stops i would def recommend bad...
