I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, long before the new owners took over, and it’s gone completely downhill. Last night I got takeout sushi with hair in it — not just one, but multiple. Absolutely disgusting.

When I called the first time, they offered to replace the roll, which was fine. But after finding more hair, I threw everything away. When I called back, I even said I’d still pay for the food I did eat (fried rice, soup, and salad), just not the contaminated sushi. Instead of apologizing or making it right, the manager argued with me, acted like I was lying, and refused to take responsibility.

Food is great. Only issue is they state open 4:30-10:00 pm. Not true. In last 6 weeks I have gone there several times between 9:20-9:45 for some late night Sushi (Not hibachi). They have been closed. I mentioned to owner about being closed before stated closing time, he simply said if not busy they close. I suggested he change the cloing time to 9:30 instead of 10:00pm. He dismissed the idea. I do understand if not busy closing early, but as often as it is happening, he needs to change closing time to 9:30pm to be consistent.
