T.J. Maxx — Local services in Louisville

Prices are good. But the employees are rude. Twice I’ve been shopping and employee has asked me to move so they could restock. Yesterday I was looking at some clothes on a rack and I even commented on how hard and tight it was to view the clothes. A employee then said excuse me and push the clothes in front of me so she could put her clothes on the rack Then I had to go back and grab the clothes on the rack and try to find where I was. I thought the store was there for the customers not for the convenience of the employees???? This is not the first time. Once I was trying on shoes and was sitting on a stool and a employee asked to be excused so she could restock shoes. I had to get up and move so she could get by to put shoes back. I only had one shoe on so ignoring!!!!!!!!! Teach your employees to be respectful to the customers!!!!! They are there for the customers not the customers there for...

We just had the worse experience ever at this store. We shop here regularly and tonight we were told the item we were trying to buy was too cheap. They called the manager to find another item. They brought it up and said they were the same and this one was $20 more. We showed them the tags. Clearly their staff do not know their products or understand their products. One items weighed 2 pounds heavier and the exterior was very different and a higher quality material. When we showed them the luggage weighed more he said than it should cost more . We informed him which was the manager that you want it to weigh less when you fly. He said we were wrong you want it to weigh more and said he did not have time to deal with us. They have different things every week from clothing to jewelry and food, shoes, purses and much more! Love it! Good quality items at great prices! Something different every day! Prices for every budget! Took off a star because they were staying open until 10:00 pm on weekends but now they went back to 9:30 pm after everyone got used to the 10:00 pm time. The holidays are coming and people need time to shop. All the other stores stay open until 10:00 pm or later so they are losing business and customers rapidly! NEED HOLIDAY HOURS!
