My husband and I were looking for mattress sets for our three boys. I had always heard that Memorial Day weekend was the best time to get a great sale. I had been looking around for a week or so at different mattress stores and the sales they were offering. I decided that Mattress FIRM was the place and off we went. When we walked in, the store was very clean, organized, plenty on the showroom floor to decide upon and most importantly there was a greeting when walking in!! This is NOT a store where they meet you at the door and just poor the pressure on you!! This is a very relaxed environment where one has time to think and make the best decision for their purchase. There were two gentlemen and the one we had the privilege of getting was Nick. We explained why we were there and he proceeded to help us. It’s important to point out that he did not take us to the most expensive mattress that he had but rather he asked the necessary questions and pointed out several possibilities. He took his time with us and was multi tasking with other business but still made us feel like our sale was just as important as anyone else’s!! We received his genuine attention and time as well as a very, very good sale!!! He not only served us , he made sure that my three boys were taken very good care off!!! From the time we arrived until the time we left !!!!As a mom, knowing someone wants the best for your children as you do speaks volumes!!!! I bought a Tempurpedic mattress years ago with the retractable frame from this location (it’s come in super handy lately while I’m recovering from a recent car accident) & recently bought the Tempurpedic Breeze Mattress protector from manger Antoine—Shipped to our home within a week. I remember Antoine, he was really helpful & patient with me, very much appreciated. This mattress protectors been such a life safer after my car accident this week. We had not one but TWO ice packs leak on the bed & leaked through our sheets yet our mattress was not effected since the protector is waterproof-thank goodness! The mattress protector also stretches really far (has very deep pockets) & stays on better than our sheet set despite regularly raising and lowering the retractable bed frame.

I also, bought their Tempurpedic Cloud pillow which my husband loves so much! My memories not great right now since my accident so I can’t remember the sellers name but do remember that he was very helpful & professional as well. The pillow also was shipped right to our door. The seller confirmed we could return if unused (since I bought for my husband without him being able to “try the pillow out”) but no need for that because my husband loves the pillow! A lot of his neck pain has been relieved by switching to a softer, plush pillow. Very grateful for that, especially during such a hectic time.

I would highly recommend this location for ease of purchase and great customer service. Also, highly recommend any Tempurpedic products to help with any pain or just a good...

I wanted to share our Mattress Firm on Westport Road experience with Chris, Mike and ESPECIALLY Nick. When we first went to Mattress Firm it was on the heals of visiting another mattress store. The experience here could not have been more opposite than the other store.

From the time we walked in, Nick greeted us with a smile, listened to what we were looking for, explained our options and helped us pick the right bed for us, in a friendly, relaxed, not pressured environment. When we came back to make the purchase, while Nick was not there, Mike was and he did not miss a beat. Nick had left notes, which Mike read, and he spoke to Nick to make sure everything was taken care of in a 5 star way.

We did have a hiccup when it came to delivery, BUT, the way it was resolved was 5-plus stars. Chris, and again ESPECIALLY Nick, went above and beyond what one would expect. Nick took the lead and made sure everything was done as promised!! He handled everything as if he were handling it for his family.

We appreciate all that was done, and if Mattress Firm or any business were to clone Nick, they would have themselves a polite, caring and responsible person that anyone...
