Bought a bedroom suite from this place and it arrived beautiful as ever. Just bought a couch and a washing machine as well. Both items needed to be ordered but that is understandable considering everything that is going on in the world right now. Plus I was able to customize my couch the way I wanted it and at a great price as well. They have flexible payment plans and are not paid on comission so there is no pressure other than for the final result of just wanting you to walk out the door a happy customer. I was also given a free super nice bedroom pillow as well for free for giving my honest opinion about this company on Google. I had an excellent experience with Julie at Fitzpatrick's Furniture. She was extremely professional and patient, taking the time to help me decide on the perfect furniture for my needs. Julie even measured the dimensions of the furniture I was considering, without any hesitation, to ensure it would be a good fit in my home. What stood out to me the most was how she never made me feel like I was wasting her time or pressured me to make a purchase on the spot. After weeks of searching for a gray sectional to put in our living room that wasn’t going to take 3-6 months to be delivered we finally found our gem!! We had never been to Fitzpatricks and took a chance. The staff was insanely friendly. They knew I had my kiddos with me and one on the way and gave me these adorable polar bear stuffed animals with their logo to help keep my kids happy (because furniture shopping is not fun for littles). They also gave my hubby and I a swag bag with goodies and t-shirts! They were able to schedule delivery for the very next day and my new couch was in position less than 24 hours later.
