Great place to go and get your new phone. Let me tell you, I wouldn't waste a second on other providers. T-Mobile is the way to go. I've had T-Mobile for 25 years now and they never cease to amaze me! I love how knowledgeable their staff are compared to some other providers that I don't want to mention here. Also they are very friendly and professional. They welcome you with a smile. T-Mobile has the latest and greatest phones, with great deals, specials that will work just for anyone. One important thing is there are No More Contracts! That's right, No More 2years locked in with the same provider, you are free to leave whenever you want, as long as your phone is paid for in full. But i assure you, once you switch to T-Mobile you'll never go back to anyone. I highly recommend you go with T-Mobile and don't waste your time anywhere else. You won't regret it. This store right here is the place to go for sure. Thank you guys for a great customer service and thank you T-Mobile for being my provider for many years and many more to come for sure. I forgot to mention, T-Mobile is also great when traveling overseas especially Europe. T-Mobile is Europes Number 1 phone and internet provider and i promise you, your phone will work and you won't have to do a thing. Their international rates are very reasonable. You should call T-Mobile Customer Support to check and/or add the international plan to your phone line before you travel.

I’m a T-Mobile customer and I love my cell service, prices, and the perks that come with being a customer. I am, however, disappointed with this store. I wanted to upgrade my phone, but had some questions about my possible choices and the process of data transfer between phones. My questions about Google Pixel phones went largely unanswered because ā€œno one is interested in those phonesā€ and ā€œI’ve been here for 3 months and we haven’t sold any of those.ā€ When I asked if there were any in the store I was told that there were. I asked about the data transfer process and was told that I would not be able to transfer anything between my Apple phone and the Google Pixel phone. When I ā€œGoogledā€ the process and showed them the results, they told me they didn’t have the right cord. They told me it couldn’t be done because we needed two SIM cards. They told me they weren’t given any training about transferring data between phones and all they could rely on was their experience which they admitted was limited. I asked if I could buy a phone and the told me a could, but that they would have to charge me a $20 service fee - even though they weren’t going to provide any service other than handing me the phone - and that I would be better off purchasing the phone online. I called back today. I was told that they no longer have the Google Pixel

Since Sprint got bought out by T-Mobile, (where does antitrust & monopoly figure in?), & being without a car, I walked to the T-Mobile store on Baxter; just past the confluence of Bardstown, Baxter & Highland Ave.

My phone would not charge & I needed to know if the problem was with my charger or the phone (i.e. phone pins or dust, charger pins crooked or broken).

The person who initially 'helped' me, said that they do not check for pin alignment & kept pushing me to buy a new phone. When he realized I was not buying a new phone he just moved on to customers who came into the store. I was incredulous, but determined not to leave until my phone issue was resolved.

Another worker came over & actually helped by checking the pin alignment in both phone & charger. The charger cord pins were misaligned & some broken. Whew! Charger cord is much less expensive than a new phone. I wish I knew his name so I could give him some props!

The actual space of this store is claustrophobic; narrow in width & depth. The entrance & exit is one door on the width side, easily causing a backlog of customers coming in & out. The sales counter runs the length of the store with plenty of room for employees, but not enough for customers.

I hope I never have to return to this store; rude employees, pushing hard for customers to buy new phones. Guess employees or stores have a quota to meet. Anytime quotas are in play customer...
