Walgreens — Local services in Louisville

Over all the place is always clean and the prices seem reasonable usually not to busy so e-z in e-z out their pet 🐕 friendly which is a must for me and the staff are especially kind all except for 1 and this staff member is 1 for the books when they wrote lazy you'll know her by the way she lays on the counter after she stands up from sitting down in a chair this lady started an argument with me because I asked for my stuff to be double bagged because I was on foot she threw a couple of bags towards me and said i could do it myself and I replied your already laying down on the job the least you can do is bag the items as requested and I stood there and let her finish running her mouth and said your holding up the line after mumbling something under her breath she double bagged my items and then I asked does everyone get a chair to work from or are you the only one entitled to not only sit on the job but they also pay you to lay down on the job I don't know what her name is and I won't go into detail about her looks...

It just be nice to have employees that get to make their own schedule.. was there before the lunch break started was advised they’re going to lunch when I asked why is lunch earlier than what’s posted the large young woman (maybe Rachel) just looked at me and closed the automatic gate her and a few other employees walked out out and came back 30 mins later I then was helped took less than 45 seconds to help me . If they would follow the schedule they were given this would have never happened due to negligence of that thing that runs the pharmacy I am now late going back to work . Please keep in mind this is the same location that has given me someone else’s prescriptions on two separate occasions one being a Schedule II controlled substance which in my opinion should be enough for the for “the pharmacist “ to be fired or even have her license revoked ! I ended up calling the persons number on the paperwork with the prescription and told them...

I go to this Walgreens because it's close. I really need to start going somewhere else. With these people's attitudes and ineptness, it won't be surprising when they make a mistake with someone's medication, that causes someone to die. Today I go to the drive-up window, and there's no line. I push the button. No response. I can see there's no line at all inside, but I wait a bit,them push the button again. Still, no response. A I wait a bit longer, and push it one .ore time. Still, no response. So I decide to park and go inside. Still, no line at all. I go up to the countet, and see both pharmacy techs just leaning against the counter. Just having a conversation. Then when they finally notice me, one of them makes an audible sigh, as if the prospect of actually having to do her job is overwhelming. I guess when something bad enough finally happened that gets the company sued, then maybe management will so...
