I have been in this store multiple times and never had an issue. On my last trip I walked in and was not greeted. In addition the employee (skinny blonde boy with a beanie) treated me so poorly, every piece of jewelry I asked to see he made it seem like a burden to get up out of his chair and open a measly case. When I could not find what I was looking for he offered no assistance and made my friend and I feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We will not be returning, body jewelry shops are meant to be welcoming and helpful and this employee made my experience so poor to the point of us picking out our jewelry and leaving as fast as possible. There's also incense, funny magnets, interesting little change purses, rings and bracelets... it's kind of a tiny little head shop. It's on Bardstown Road close to some really good restaurants so after dining you can walk the street and pop in there and see what they have.
