Where to start… the husband and I love Wicks pizza so we decided take a road trip from Indiana to Kentucky for a night. Husband is a cigar connoisseur so I thought I would look up cigar bars and find a nice place to stop and pick him out some he’s not had. Much to our surprise the Louisville Cigar Company and speakeasy was literally right next door! So we thought we would check it out. The building is quite beautiful very nicely laid out. The staff is super friendly and informative. Bill can tell you all kinds of interesting information on patriarch’s and history of certain companies (I could listen to him all day and his Pacino impersonation is on point.) All in all we were not disappointed. The bar had a decent selection of whiskeys and fancy mixed drinks too. The place was pretty new so it still didn’t have indoor smoking due to permits but had a cozy little area out front that Bill (in pictures) phrased as the Cigloo. Also we had to take a photo of the whiskeys because my husband is part of a cigar group they call brothers of the leaf and it was cool seeing the name on a bottle. Josh the owner is super nice too!
