Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

WORST customer service EVER. Heather P should not be working your front desk if you hope to have any loyal customers left. I walked in today and asked if there were any deep dish ready she said lunch size and I said no full size. She rolled her eyes quite a bit more dramatically than necessary, pulled two lunch sized pizzas out and literally threw them on the counter. I said I'm sorry I said full size... And she literally rose her voice at me and said IT'S THE SAME THING! I was like OK but is it sausage (we never even discussed this) and started huffing and puffing while putting those pizzas back up and I finally just asked her why she was being so rude... And she said "you're the one being rude!!" 😠 I couldn't believe it... How is asking questions about the pizza being rude? Of course from here out she was being really snotty and made sure to give a real sarcastic and loud " have a FANTASTIC day!" At the end. Is this really what you guys find acceptable to be greeting and dealing with your customers?! I'm astonished by this.. I've been in customer service myself for over ten years and I can't even talk to an ACTUAL rude person this way for lack of getting fired! Why does she get to? I was looking around for cameras bc I thought I was on one of those hidden camera shows... I couldn't believe it. I'll never buy a pizza here again as long as this trailer trash is manning your counter or food... And if your company is choosing to have someone like this being the face of your company for this store.. I won't be buying any more pizzas from you whatsoever... This location or otherwise I can promise you that! What a...

I am giving two stars and that is being generous, the food was good and the politeness of the cashiers was great but this location is to small for the amount of business they receive. at 9:26 I ordered a pretzel bread pizza and a zesty cheese bread, neither of which were up at the time. I watched at least once another customer come in and order the exact same thing and then walk out the door with their order.

I am an overly patient person but as my wait time neared thirty minutes later I was feeling irritated I spoke with the cashier who apologized for the wait comped me a free 2-liter and went back to the kitchen to try and get my order in, I was informed that after the next deep dish went into the often my zesty cheese bread would be next.

The biggest glaring issue I saw tonight was a gross level of miscommunication among the staff and orders. There was no sense of urgency by all appearances and it orders were being filled by luck of the draw then first come first serve. I feel worse for the older gentleman who ordered after I did, he wanted wings, who got told as I was leaving the store at 10:07 that he would need to wait another 10-15 minutes as the wings were...

My boys and I were in town from Dayton, Ohio to meet WWE Superstar Sheamus at Cricket wireless (Thank you Sheamus for being so kind and caring to my little guy)

My little guy (6 years old) has Autism. I ordered him a $5.00 lunch combo light on the sauce and I specifically told the cashier LIGHT on the sauce because my little boy will NOT eat anything saucy. I paid for the pizza and we left for our next destination, The Louisville Zoo. When we got there, I opened the box. My little guy touched one of the slices of pizza and sauce came oozing out!! He had a total meltdown repeating over and over again "TOO MUCH SAUCE, TOO MUCH SAUCE!!" Upon further investigation there was more sauce on that little four square pizza than there is on a large pizza!

If you have any special needs kids with sensory issues, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! THE WORKERS THERE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR...
