Worst service in the history of customer service that I've had ever experienced. If there is a 0 star rating I would rate 0 or negative #s, base on the store manager not the store itself. 7/31 at 9:50pm my friends and I, a group of 8 adults and 3 children. We arrived and the store seems like it was closing, we entered and asked if they are still open and they respond yes. We ordered our drinks and took seats outside. Because of our large group we had to rearrange some seats so we can communicate. Our children's were playing and we made small talk. Around 10:40pm a guy came out and said that our children were too loud, told us that we've been a disturbance for 2 hours (which hadn't even been 1), said that we rearranged the patio making it looks like the store had already closed (it looked closed when we arrived, not to mention they'd already turned off most of the lights and was getting ready to close at 11pm, with only 2 customers left inside) and told us to wrap it up and leave. We did start to clean up our cups and moved the chairs back in place when he stormed out of the store and started dragging and tossing the tables and chairs around, he then picks up a cup and empty bottle from previous customer prior to us and brushed past us (while we were making way to our cars) with a hostile manner. That's when my friend had approached him and asked who's in charged and that she'd like to speak to him/her. She stated he is the store manager and they exchanged words. I quite "I am the store manager and I have the rights to ask you to leave." I've been there when there were roudy drunks outside bleeding in their patio and never heard them ask anyone to leave. Yet he never once asked us to tone our kids down, and directly ask us to leave. Not to mention his demeanor and attitude was hostile even when we had made our way to our cars to leave. This had by far been the worst service I've ever had anywhere. I did not get a chance to get his name but he says he's the store manager and I felt as if there were better ways he could've handled the situation but he didn't do any. Maybe it's just the fact that he wanted to close early and we were still there 20 minutes until closing. Very disappointed and to say the least I've reported this to Starbucks and was told that it will be brought to district manager's attention. Hope that it does and hope that he goes through...
Read moreWell where should I start - I have visited lots and I mean LOTS of Starbucks all around the world - I travel for a living..- but I've never seen such a dirty, poorly managed Starbucks ever .. I've had not perfect experience in Thailand or in Philippines or in France..but never NEVER a BAD one ! Not only the manager Mary.. has an attitude that would make her a better fit as a correctional officer rather than a Starbuck manager, but the store in itself is disturbingly dirty and crewed by staff that most probably should be trained or re-trained .. A simple Cold Carmel Latte turned to be ...a Hot one ( no issue if fixed) but the big ego Mary the manager decided that it was my fault if she didn't get COLD rather that HOT .. When finally the drink was re-prepared again .. it became a .. Cold Latte !! and .. Mary the correction officer/ Starbucks manager told me they wouldn't redo it .. basically take it or leave it! This is how STARBUCKS treats their customers in that location. Well ... You've been warned ! EDIT - And like for other before me .. Read moreIf you can go to another SB... do so. I literally watched the barristas make 7 orders incorrectly...7...SEVEN.... My order was a Frappuccino a breakfast sandwich and a refresher. They made the refresher...then didn't make the remainder of the order. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked and they said its coming. After another 7 minutes, I enquired again and they finally realized they didn't make the entire order. After they realized it, the head barrista have the order to one of the others and asked them to make it. He didn't. He pulled two more orders and made those. I went and got the lead barrista again and asked him was someone going to complete the order. He said the other person was and went back over to the other guy. Well, he finally stopped and did the order they messed up... mind you, it's 40 minutes now. Once he completes the order, he's walking over to give it to me, I reach out my hands to take it, he then slams everything on the counter and walks off.
