There are 2 reasons I will not be going back to this location. I placed my order, then an employee went on break. Not only me but several other customers in front of me waited over 20 minutes to get our orders. The employee seemed more important as she got her food before any of us that had been waiting. Then a employee again made precedence to get her her Pico De Gallo, which again got great fast service. Then as I'm waiting, I'm watching. An employee that works there came in in street clothes asking for a specific manager. The cashier said he wasn't there, then he proceeded behind the counter to see manager. As he was leaving I witnessed him grab a cup but then put it back on sleeve and then grabbed another cup off other sleeve grabbing the rest of unused cups with his hand so he could pull them apart. He NEVER washed his hands which is soooo disgusting! Another gentleman behind me had also noticed and said something to the cashier about it but did nothing but grin. Priority was getting drive thru out and not inside. The restaurant was a mess, not one clean table. Unsanitary, employee not washing hands while not on the clock and waiting 23 min on 3 tacos....ridiculous!!! Never going back! My visit was today at 1:18 pm. Taken by...
Read moreOrdered at 9:30pm, currently 12am and we never got our food. We went through 3 dashers because after the first one dropped the order for reasons unknown, the second dasher messaged us and told us the employees told them the order was already picked up, even though the order on our end said "making order". The dasher then left and we got assigned a new dasher. We waited another hour and i can only assume they refused to remake our order since they gave our order to someone without changing the status of the order or confirming pickup, since it never changed from "making order" on the app for 2 whole hours. THEN, the order finally got cancelled after 3 people went up there for the order and i guess they just refused to make it. It was awesome, especially since i have work early in the morning and have been waiting to eat for the last 3 hours now. Decided instead of wasting more of our time reordering to just make something at home. It would have been easier to just make the order again than dealing with 3 different dashers and making us suffer in the cross fire. Support never even emailed us back. Cant wait to go to work tired tomorrow....
Read moreLunch order wrong on Monday 8/1/16 at the Hillview Preston Taco bell. I asked for light sauce on chicken burritos and got multiple sauces like Barbecue, White sauce, and Avacodo Ranch - Could hardly see the chicken. I called and was told manager can't talk call back(hung up). Called back and told manager stepped outside. Finally server agreed to replace order. Went through drive thru today 8/3/16 at 12:49 and told server situation before I ordered. I was told I could not get a replacement through drive thru even though I had 4 cars behind and 5 cars in front and was impossible to get out of line. I asked to speak with mananger. He said sorry and I paid for order and left very displeased. I eat at Taco Bell 3-5 times per week and have never had this situation at any other Taco Bell including Fern Valley, Shepherdsville, Outer Loop, Blankenbaker, Taylorsville Rd.and many others that I give my business to. Not sure if the rules need to be changed or someone needs to be trained on the critical value of customer service. This issue has taken way too much of my time is not good public relations.
