I am forced to give a single star, if it were possible I'd give this retail store and its pharmacy manager Jacklin a minus 5. For the 20th time this morning calling your store to get my refills I was left angry, upset and without my refills although I'm supposed to be on auto-fill. Jacklin told the store GM that I threaten to come down there and "take care of all of them", she is a liar, and a very angry woman that shouldn't be in the position of handling customers. Her unprofessional attitude and her I don't care what you have to say because I'm talking and you should just listen mood needs to be addressed by her superiors. Her reply to me for asking her for the name and number of her supervisor was, you can call 1-800-Walgreens (amazing). By the way I made that call. She accused me of screaming at her over and over (I told her I'm 63, disabled and have real bad hearing in my left ear and I'm not screaming but I am sick of the mistakes her team makes and I'm speaking through a speaker phone) she advised me that she would not fill my order and I could go elsewhere to have it done and I said I'm not screaming but if she would like I could come down there so she could tell the difference in my speaking through the speaker phone and me screaming. She then said she would call the police on me and I said I dont care who she calls. Then she decided to fabricate this lie about me saying something I did not say. I have been a customer of this retail store for over 10 years, tomorrow I will not be. Just 21 days ago I spoke with a different manager in the drive through window about the same problems (a man), he seemed concerned about my issues and I thought that maybe finally this would be fixed, unfortunately it wasn't. After speaking with Shelby the store GM I was informed that Jacklin had already went to her to lie about our conversation and get a coworker to say I threaten the two of them by saying I would come there and take care of them (she lied and I never said that)..why did she feel a need to go straight to the GM with this ? To me it seems a little odd that after a call you would run to another manager unless you felt bad about the way that conversation went. But to tell an untruth about the person is just wrong and she should be reprimanded for being a liar. I recorded our conversations today and now feel I should move forward and show Jacklin that she can't treat customers this way! Your store at this point has a 2.9 star rating..what has happened to customer satisfaction with your store? Is it the team you have in place of management? It starts somewhere. I will say that Shelby at least listens to the customer and the complaints before she turns her cheek to defend her liar co worker Jacklin. It would be nice to receive a call or email from these managers district boss!!! I will let that person hear the recorded conversation if they repremend their team and use it for making their team better at...
Read moreI just switched my insurance and my insurance was not showing as active in the pharmacy system so they said I would have to pay $500 to get my medication (a medication that I need and have to take daily). This was at 9:30am yesterday morning (02/08/24), the pharmacist called my insurance company and kept in contact with me throughout the day to let me know if the insurance company had been able to correct whatever issue was going on. I got off work at 4pm and went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist and another women had tried to put in the information again and it still was not showing that I had insurance ( I paid the premium for it so I know I have it) so they walked to their computer for about 10 minutes as the line grew longer and longer and knocked the price of my medicine from $500 to $98 and then found another discount to get it down to $84 . I know I won’t get that refunded by my insurance company but the pharmacist and staff at the pharmacy did all they could to help me throughout the entire day regardless of how busy they were , and they were very busy . THE 1ST TRIP I WANTED TO WALK OUT AFTER STANDING IN LINE FOR 10 MINUTES JUST TO GET SOMEONE TO OPEN UP THE CASE FOR LAUNDRY SOAP. BUT I DECIDED TO STAY BECAUSE I WAS ALREADY THERE. WISH I DIDN'T! WAITED AGAIN FOR 15 MINS IN LINE TO PAY.... MUST LIKE PUNISHMENT BECAUSE I WENT AGAIN THINKING IT WAS JUST A BAD DAY THERE. NO ONE HAD A CLUE WHY I COULDN'T USE A STORE COUPON, EVEN THE MANAGER. I WAS TOLD A LIE... HE SAID THAT YOU COULDN'T USE THE STORE COUPON BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY USED A MANUFACTURER COUPON. ONE COUPON PER ITEM EVEN THOUGH I HAD 10 OTHER ITEMS AND A FEW COUPONS FOR THOSE. 10-3=7 WHERE I AM FROM!! THEN HE SAID I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING WHAT HE WAS SAYING?!?! DOES ANYBODY??
