1/17/19: 18 minute wait at the drive thru. Quality continues to decline here. What has changed over the past year? Management? It is starting to feel a lot like the Taco Bell in downtown Loveland on U.S. 287. I pulled into the drive thru at 3:35 p.m. and left at 3:53 p.m. Drive thru rep was very much robotic ... just going thru the motions. They forgot to give us flatware again. They were slow last time too, but this takes the cake. The Mexican pizza shell is incredibly dry/overcooked/burnt and the pizza tastes bitter. This place is starting to feel like an assembly line and is losing it's Colorado customer friendly edge. It's the kind of service I got used to on parts of the east coast. As a customer, I no longer feel valued. OLDER POST: Usually much, much better than the Taco Bell in downtown Loveland. But they have a mismatch on their posted lobby hours. I showed up around 9:30 p.m., but they had already closed the lobby. See the attached photo. OLDER POST: Standard. The small Mac n cheese is way too expensive.

Took a while for the 3 cars in front of me to place and get their order. Finally I ordered a taco party pack half soft half hard shell. All supreme, a blue slushie and a bean burrito. The cashier dropped the slushie on the counter after filling it put the lid on and tried to hand it to my husband. My husband handed it back and said "can you fill it?" Since about a third was missing. Then we were told to move forward and park out front. We waited 26 minutes to get our food. I checked to make sure we had everything but I should have opened a taco cause there was no tomatoes on any of them. Another customer also waited the same amount of time to get his correct order, cause he was given someone else's order. An employee pulled in and asked us what we were waiting for, we told him and 2 minutes later he walked out with both ours and the other customers order.

Went for take out as drive thru not ment for large trucks. Waited for almost 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged in dining room. Cashier had issues finding what I wanted as "menu changed monday!" Watched multiple employees standing around on phones or talking. Had to verify order 3 times even being the only person in dining room. Why offer dine in if you can't properly serve customers? Food is well tacobell food same as every other store I've been too. Only advantage is they offer KFC as well. Only stop as last resort the stores further in town seem to be better managed and are open later. And I'm not sure what they are but they a supposedly tacos. And the 3 piece chicken tenders turned into a 2 piece but still paid full price for something I wouldn't feed my dog much less my family.

Well, I suppose ordering should've been the first hint at trouble; the teller was impatient, repeatedly demanding "ANYTHING ELSE TODAY?" before we'd finished ordering. When we finished ordering our food and came around to the second window, we were given our meal. Then we promptly had to pull over and go inside because they neglected to give us our drinks, or our straws, or our napkins.

While waiting in the car the car, I examined our food. Now, I understand Taco Bell is not the most exemplary case for restaurant cuisine, but when you pull out your burrito, one should never mutter the phrase "Ugh". And yet, such was the case for not only the burrito, but both the tacos. When a person laughingly compares Taco Bell food to sickly bodily excretions, everyone chuckles. I certainly did, and then I unwrapped my burrito (note: I was saying "Ugh" before it was even unwrapped, what does that tell you?), tentatively handling the dripping, greasy paper...at which point the burrito disgorged its contents with the vehemence and enthusiasm found only in beer-pong playing freshmen at a frat party. You may roll your eyes and consider me melodramatic, but the burrito did indeed vomit on me. I can only assume the burritos disgust with itself was caused by the haste in which it was wrapped and the subsequent deluge of burrito-vomit. Anyway, I ate the food (after having paid for it, of course, why not?) and I found that the meat was more of a saucy mixture of meat (?) bits and unknown vegetables that anything subtsantial. There was more sour cream than any other substance on the burrito, and the taco...well, the taco would require another two paragraphs to record its eulogy.

Now, why the haste? It's fast food, so they were busy, right? No. At 2:30 in the afternoon on a Monday, on MLK Day, it was us, and a little old lady inside. There is no logical justification for the shoddy preparation and unbelievably poor quality of the service. Inside the establishment, as well, is about as depressing as the meal itself.

The fluorescent lighting reminds one of the sterile insides of hospitals, as does the bland, uninspiring grey tiled floors and ugly off-white walls. By contrast, everything seems to either look, or feel, dirty. The bathroom was in disrepair and smelled strongly of the emanations one should assume occur there. I can only guess at how long the urine stain in the men's stall has been on that wall, and the toilet barely flushed. I can only assume that our food was hurriedly prepared and shoved into our hands by an impatient and careless window attendant because she was eager to complete her shift and flee the premises.

My opinion? There is a better Taco Bell in mid-town Loveland, with better food and service, and it is actually nice inside. THIS Taco Bell/KFC combo, on the other hand, should be demolished, or at the very least a...

So I went to this Taco Bell at about 8:45 at night and ordered four things off the menu went to go pay the lady that took my order rang something in additional on my order wrong so it came out to be more money and so I tried to get them to take that off cuz it was not my order and the manager or whoever the hell he was said that he doesn't have the power to change the order and give me my correct change I was going to have to come back or call the GM at another point in time so I can get my correct change paying in cash so I gave him the food back took my money and left spent 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru trying to figure out how they could correct my order shouldn't be that difficult absolutely horrible experience should not be that difficult after a long day when I'm just trying to get food and go home and have to deal with incompetent idiots that can't even change an order or cancel an order and re-ring it in absolutely unsatisfactory ridiculous

So to add to this I called the GM told him exactly what happened he apologized he was never informed that this happened the night before he told me that he would make it right to come on down they give me free food take care of me so I walked into the restaurant and then was informed oh yeah the manager can't do anything he doesn't have any power to be able to cancel an order or fix an order once it's in the system and the manager that was standing there that was there the night before was telling the manager that oh yeah he just was getting all pissed off and just left and so I told them that I didn't have time to deal with this because they didn't know if they were going to actually give me the free food because of my experience anymore and so I started to walk out the door and the last night manager was telling the gym see it doesn't matter what we do he just gets pissed off and leaves do not go to this Taco Bell I hope they close I hope they go out of business that is not how you treat a customer you should be able to change something in the system to fix an order it's not...

Wow... I'm on the same page with a lot of reviewers WHERE TO BEGIN! For one where is the owner, are these issues being resolved looking at the reviews it's been years of bad ones! So how come no change??? To begin definitely outdated and im not talking about a couple years outdated I'm talking decades of outdated! The little bar they have to sit at in the dining area the caulking along the back by the wall is full of black mold and there is yellow stains on the wall... half the chairs in the place wiggle or feel like they're gonna break the staff sucks! Very rude don't even greet you properly I don't expect it to be 5 star but at least have a better attitude working there. FOOD WAS EXTREMELY COLD so cold I didn't even wanna eat it my stomach hurts afterwards YUCK! Staff was so rude I didn't even feel like going up to complain in fear of getting my food spit it! Lady at counter asked for our name to call it out when it's ready and then sits there acting like a smartass spelling it out and sounding it out, out loud! This place needs as major overall it's loosing major money appearance wise and staff wise it's in a prime location and to let the problems arise and not fix them is a pure lack of attention to detail a good owner would know what's happening in their facility...
