Well, I suppose ordering should've been the first hint at trouble; the teller was impatient, repeatedly demanding "ANYTHING ELSE TODAY?" before we'd finished ordering. When we finished ordering our food and came around to the second window, we were given our meal. Then we promptly had to pull over and go inside because they neglected to give us our drinks, or our straws, or our napkins.
While waiting in the car the car, I examined our food. Now, I understand Taco Bell is not the most exemplary case for restaurant cuisine, but when you pull out your burrito, one should never mutter the phrase "Ugh". And yet, such was the case for not only the burrito, but both the tacos. When a person laughingly compares Taco Bell food to sickly bodily excretions, everyone chuckles. I certainly did, and then I unwrapped my burrito (note: I was saying "Ugh" before it was even unwrapped, what does that tell you?), tentatively handling the dripping, greasy paper...at which point the burrito disgorged its contents with the vehemence and enthusiasm found only in beer-pong playing freshmen at a frat party. You may roll your eyes and consider me melodramatic, but the burrito did indeed vomit on me. I can only assume the burritos disgust with itself was caused by the haste in which it was wrapped and the subsequent deluge of burrito-vomit. Anyway, I ate the food (after having paid for it, of course, why not?) and I found that the meat was more of a saucy mixture of meat (?) bits and unknown vegetables that anything subtsantial. There was more sour cream than any other substance on the burrito, and the taco...well, the taco would require another two paragraphs to record its eulogy.
Now, why the haste? It's fast food, so they were busy, right? No. At 2:30 in the afternoon on a Monday, on MLK Day, it was us, and a little old lady inside. There is no logical justification for the shoddy preparation and unbelievably poor quality of the service. Inside the establishment, as well, is about as depressing as the meal itself.
The fluorescent lighting reminds one of the sterile insides of hospitals, as does the bland, uninspiring grey tiled floors and ugly off-white walls. By contrast, everything seems to either look, or feel, dirty. The bathroom was in disrepair and smelled strongly of the emanations one should assume occur there. I can only guess at how long the urine stain in the men's stall has been on that wall, and the toilet barely flushed. I can only assume that our food was hurriedly prepared and shoved into our hands by an impatient and careless window attendant because she was eager to complete her shift and flee the premises.
My opinion? There is a better Taco Bell in mid-town Loveland, with better food and service, and it is actually nice inside. THIS Taco Bell/KFC combo, on the other hand, should be demolished, or at the very least a...

Read moreWow... I'm on the same page with a lot of reviewers WHERE TO BEGIN! For one where is the owner, are these issues being resolved looking at the reviews it's been years of bad ones! So how come no change??? To begin definitely outdated and im not talking about a couple years outdated I'm talking decades of outdated! The little bar they have to sit at in the dining area the caulking along the back by the wall is full of black mold and there is yellow stains on the wall... half the chairs in the place wiggle or feel like they're gonna break the staff sucks! Very rude don't even greet you properly I don't expect it to be 5 star but at least have a better attitude working there. FOOD WAS EXTREMELY COLD so cold I didn't even wanna eat it my stomach hurts afterwards YUCK! Staff was so rude I didn't even feel like going up to complain in fear of getting my food spit it! Lady at counter asked for our name to call it out when it's ready and then sits there acting like a smartass spelling it out and sounding it out, out loud! This place needs as major overall it's loosing major money appearance wise and staff wise it's in a prime location and to let the problems arise and not fix them is a pure lack of attention to detail a good owner would know what's happening in their facility...
