Ticktock @conniesreviews We really enjoyed this family owned location. Probably some of the best Banh Mi sandwiches we've had in CO. Everything tasted fresh, the bread was nice and crusty on the outside, pork had great flavor and veggies were nice and crunchy. Pork egg rolls were ok, the filling was good but they could have been crisper. Spring rolls were tasty and fresh, the peanut sauce was also good, a little loose for my taste but still good. The Pho, I really was hoping it was awesome, it was good, I would eat it again, but I've had better. The broth was good, very flavorful, came out hot, good toppings, but, the noodles seemed to have been cut very short for some reason, not long as usual and they were a little overcooked, a little on the mushy side. I got the meatball pho and the meatballs had a good flavor but the texture was a little off, somewhat rubbery. Loved that they had the additional pastries, desserts, and traditional Vietnamese offerings. We really enjoyed the teas. The strawberry lychee tea was good, strong lychee flavor. I liked the Thai tea, but I LOVE Thai tea so I like a stronger tea flavor, this one was a little light for me but still good. We will definitely be back for more sandwiches which were great. We'll also try the Korean corn dogs next time. Staff was very sweet and nice. Order came out quickly and everything was hot and fresh. The atmosphere was nice, quiet, clean, cozy...

I was amazed at the design and layout upon entering. The service was prompt and friendly. The manu is well layed out easy to follow depending on what youre. Craving.

Service was fairly quick. The menu is quite diverse and the lrices are reasonable but the portions are pehaps smaller than expected. Its atill a good way to allow to try various items which i did.

I had been craving a banh Mi so o ordered shredded chicken ive only had diced chicken before that i recall.

Wish the bahn Mi would be cut in half i emded simply pulling tearing half.

The taste of the chicken i wasnt so much a fan of but my palette seemed to adjust as flavor or seasoning was bit different. Thw bread was good. I would rate that

Banh Mi a 3.5 - 4 stars. Honey milk tea 4 stars The burger pork patties 2.5- 3 stars

Because of the nice atmospgere the versatile menu and timeliness rounding up to a 4 stars.

While the burger was ok i would not recommend for the same or sinilar price just have another Banh Mi.

I would go and try other items id have a chance just the burger i ordered was processed meat not sure if they offer something closer to actual meat in Pork.

The flavor on the honey milk tea was very subtle didnt add any bobba bit it...

I love this place! Food is amazing and I drive Doordash from here all the time. Tell you what! I deliver this restaurants food from Greeley to Longmont. From Fort Collins to Berthoud. They have such an amazing crew, the food is always on time and I am delivering food to my customers on time or even before. The owner works at least 18 hours a day his pregnant wife is even helping. So that should tell you how tight this ship is running. Food is always fresh and my car smells amazing. I don't think I ever delivered an order that didn't contain some of their famous Boba drinks. When I ask my customers why they order from such a far restaurant to their home they always say the same : " it is affordable and the quality is off the charts l, not to mention that it is fast and you get a LOT OF FOOD FOR YOUR MONEY". I visit about 30 restaurants a day. I know them by heart. The one simple way to tell if the restaurant is clean and well managed is - to go to the restroom. So those are the places I would go back and eat out with my wife as well. Guess what? These guys clean the restroom so frequently I could eat from the floor. It smells nice and it's very clean. Honestly guys - go eat here...
