I am a frequent flyer of wild bills. Lets just say I have a lot of vices. I am familiar with all of the locations in Grand Rapids & the surrounding area because I am on the road a lot. I work in Lowell so this location is closest for me most of the time. But unfortunately this is probably the worst location Ive been to. The staff is friendly, no doubt. But they never have what I need. I buy the same things week after week. They still dont stock what I need. The last 4 times I have been there, I left with either nothing at all, or not the quantity of what I was trying to purchase. Ive decided I will avoid this location as much as possible from now on & go to other locations that are better at keeping items in stock. I recommend the Greenville or Plainfield locations, they are rockstars at stocking...

The lady with the bright colored hair always had the biggest smile to brighten your day & her product knowledge was beyond what could be expected from a regular retail worker. Wild Bill’s should consider firing the assistant manager, Scott. His attitude is consistently negative and any time I stop by & he’s working, the whole store smells of BO or stale cigarettes. It makes your experience at Wild Bill’s very unpleasant & I shouldn’t have to hold my breath while grabbing chew.
