I will never go to this store again. I went three times since they were open and have had bad to horrible experiences. I am disappointed since it is just around the corner. I was excited since I am an active person who is in the gym every day. But I found the merchandise mostly overpriced, at least the higher quality gear is. And the staff is not educated, informed or helpful in any way. They are just there to rehang the clothes, put away the shoes, and work the registers. Not even athletic types by in large, so makes sense they know little about the gear. The shoe selection is pathetic unless you are a Nike fan boy/girl. As far as any other brand, they only have a couple options of each type. And they don't have any of the really high quality athletic shoes, ie. quality running shoes.
They are extremely pushy about joining the 'scorecard' program. And they get an attitude when I say no thank you. It is uncomfortable. I do not want to be a registered user with any retailer. I don't want them tracking my consumer habits, then using that data to target market me via email of postal mail. So I say no thank you, then they say it saves me money, and I say no thank you, and they say but why not......Ridiculous!
Then they ask if I want to donate to kids sports. And when I say no, they get attitude again. Why should I give money to the store to give to kids sports? I donate generously to a wide range of charities and I do that directly. I don't need a store trying to funnel money, take a portion for managing it, then pumping themselves up for donating to kids sports.
Finally, today I went to exchange a pair of compression shorts. I got them home and realized they had a small rip in them. By the time I got back over there a couple weeks later, I had misplaced the receipt. But I figured no problem since I was just exchanging. Wrong! Because I wasn't a 'scorecard' member and didn't have the receipt, they would not exchange the item. The best they would do is give me a store voucher for the absolute lowest price anyone had ever bought those shorts for with coupons, deals etc. I was appalled! I was asking a direct 1 for 1 exchange and their reply was a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo corporate crap. And on top of that, the staff was unpleasant and unapologetic about the corporate policy. They basically said 'tough crap, you should have had a scorecard account and played by our rules'. No thanks, I prefer the rules of honest integrity for a consumer experience. That would have never happened at a quality business like LL Bean for example. Nor would that ever happen if I purchased on Amazon.
That was the icing on the cake. I will never walk into that store...

Timothy took all the time I needed to walk me through everything—what the best option for me would be, what accessories I’d need, and even the regulations around owning a kayak. He was incredibly helpful and explained everything in such a friendly and engaging way, even sharing his own stories and adventures on the water.
He gave me tons of useful tips and kept telling me, “You won’t regret it.” Honestly, he sold me on the sport in the best possible way. He helped me all the way through the process. I just want to say thank you again for the genuine and thoughtful help—something that not everyone...

We were in looking at in ground basketball systems to replace one in which the backboard shattered . I asked the person who seemed to be in charge of at least that area if I could order it on line since I had received an email with a coupon for 10% off , and just pick it up from their store. I was told it would take a long time so we purchased it . Upon returning home went on line and found out that I could have ordered on line and it would have been ready in an hour to pick up at the store. Felt like I was lied to just to get the sale completed. I know 10% isn't a lot of money but would have been a savings of $150 .. The other workers were helpful in loading it...
