I enjoyed going to David’s bridal I have not been add David bridle for many many years. All the staff especially Alicia, and Sarah and I can recall and the seamstress I forget her name she has a very I guess Russian accent very very nice staff all the staff. They are very very clean and very helpful and professional. We went to a lot of bridal shops they were high end and got better treatment at David’s bridal with their staff. Then some of those snobs at the shop at the other bridal shops that were very high end as the owner was very nice but their staff is horrible .Yes there nice and clean & glamorous with there glimmer & gleam .If you don’t get the correct customer service then why bother we were at this one shop several times which our employee or whoever you want to call them was very nice about telling my daughter about the dress was so nice but she was rude and ignorant to them waiting for me to come which is the mother. Once I came in her attitude changed trying to be nice he nice. I found the perfect dress exceptional price compared to the other places we went to . That being said my daughter was able to get the dress she want it that she found in Feasterville was more costly and they gave her a price comparison to the same dress from the same company in New Jersey .The higher end shop i’m not talking about David’s bridal we’re talking about other bridal shops . My daughter bought her dress in New Jersey Had an Italian bridal store was much nicer for the same dress they gave us a price comparison awesome. The hirer end snobby shop that we went to wouldn’t let us take pictures of her wedding dress.I asked them why I said to my daughters let’s go let’s get out of here .How can a bride make there mind make which dress u like if you can’t take a picture to narrow down what dress you like it’s their loss. Read moreThey had some really beautiful dresses that were super great and affordable but I am definitely disappointed in how I wasn’t really taken care of. I came in by myself so.i already felt a little weird and no one greeted me for 5-10 minutes even though I had an appointment. I expected someone to help me 1:1 but the young girl I was with didn’t really seem like she knew what she was doing. She was also helping another bride. I told her I was in the starting process and had no idea what I wanted and she didn’t even help me pick anything out, she just let me look around by myself so I definitely felt apprehensive. I finally chose a few to start trying on and I had to ask the girl to help me zip and clip me up which I thought was weird because how was I supposed to do it myself? Why should I have to ask? I only tried on 3 dresses because every time I went to put one on the girl was nowhere to be found to help me clip it up. I also left my white heels there and they never called me to tell me they had them. Definitely not the bridal dress shopping experience I thought it was going to be and I left really sad and felt like they didn’t even care. Then they texted me saying sorry I missed you….and asked to reschedule. I know this isn’t everyone’s average experience but I definitely felt neglected when I needed some 1:1 help. Read moreI did not feel very welcomed when I visited this david's bridal. I was picking out a dress for a dinner, and the employee saw me with 3 dresses already picked out, but still looking at more dresses. She told me that I can only try on 3 dresses at a time, so I might as well go try on my dresses now. Her tone just was very unwelcoming and a little condescending. When I tried on my dresses, no one helped me or asked if I was doing okay. Meanwhile, another employee was being super helpful and nice for another customer in the fitting room next door. I just felt a little neglected. I did end up with a beautiful dress that I liked, so I ended up purchasing it. Even the whole checking out process was not super friendly. The employee whom checked me out was the same person that I talked to earlier, she looked like she didnt really want to help me. She didnt even give me a smile or anything that would make me feel welcomed. She also told me that their credit card machine wasn't working so it was basically cash only. The whole interaction with the employee just didnt make me feel good and not want to go back again. Even my fiance felt the same vibe from them. I am usually not every picky about interactions, some friendly greetings and a smile would usually be enough for me.
