I always never get this Panera bread location because it’s always not good but I decided to give it a try again. Ordered on DoorDash and it arrived fine and good. The food was not good after I Ate it started to not feel good so not that good. I’m never getting this location again with what they put in the food not good the other locations near me are better. DoorDash good, but this Panera location unacceptable never ordering here again.
(Edit) I decided to give Panera bread one last chance and today I decided to order a whole Turkey sandwich, everything bagel (sliced) with a side a cream cheese, tomato basil cucumber salad and a large Pepsi (since I have unlimited sip club reward). I also did delivery and it arrived normal and not long. When I went out I saw the delivery driver come out with my stuff which was a bag but i course noticed no drink in his hand. I took the bag and then I said where’s my drink. He decided to look at the receipt on the bag which I was right and he said ok I’ll call them about this and I’ll come back with drink. I was fine with that until I decided to check bag. Everything was in there until I looked at the bagel and of course it was not everything bagel it was a plain bagel. This happened before so I was used to it so then I called the store manager to complain about this. The first person I guess did not know on the phone what to do because I told the problem of my order so I was answered back by a different person which she was nice the manger. I told her the problem with my order and she soon refunded my order (which takes a day) and also said I will have a delivery driver bring you out your right bagel and your Drink. It came so that was fine but I decided I will never order from this Panera bread location again. The one in jenkintown is better than this so I will stick to that location or others but not this one. Maybe the workers don’t care which might be the problem and I knew this location for a long time and it was good back in the day but now it...
Read moreThis is one of the nicest experiences my daughters and I have had at a quick restaurant. We sat in front of the fireplace! The food was delicious. This was our second visit to a Panera Bread. We tried their soups, salad, tortellini and a sandwich. I had their new quinoa red beet feta pickled onion salad and it was addicting. The prices may seem high but I got so much salad in my full portion that even being full, I had only eaten half. Vegetarians would love this salad. This place also discloses ingredients and labels food for Vegetarians, low fat, etc. The tortellini was mouth watering and worth the calories. No dyes or artificial fillers here. Sure you can pay less but what are you paying for in other places, artificial junk. Everything we ate tasted fresh and delicious. Even the French bread on the side was perfect, flaky and flavorful. Reminded me of France. The Green tea w Papaya was a perfect match, light and slightly sweetened. We left with a few cookies. Some we bought and a few they walked around and offered to the customers as they were getting ready to close. Breads and such not sold go to the local shelter or food bank or similar place. I've written far more than any other review I've done but I can't forget the people who work there. They took their time explaining different items even though a line was forming. They just opened another register. And everyone was so nice. When we told the manager what a great experience we had she said it was because she had a great crew. Wow! Overall excellent. Good clean delicious food, great atmosphere for this type of a restaurant and wonderful service. ...
Read moreVery interesting and delicious menu. Reasonably priced and awesome surrounding atmosphere too. I've been to a few Panera Bread restaurants, in PA and FL, and haven't been disappointed yet. There was just one small incident concerning this trip. When our order was ready, we found 3 plates waiting on the counter. Unsure which exactly were ours until we looked at the receipt printed out, finding all were ours. There was an employee standing there, not really engaged in hard work at the moment but also not just doing nothing, if this makes sense. What got us is, he noticed us momentarily trying to figure out if the dishes were all ours or possibly someone else's, because we didn't want to end up taking someone else's order by mistake, and basically stood there watching and said nothing. He made no attempt to help us, or to even say, yes ladies, they're all yours. However, we did as stated before learn all the dishes were part of our order. Aside from this, it was a pleasant experience, the food again was delicious and worth the money. I would in fact recommend Panera Bread to friends and family. If you're vegan or vegetarian, you will find something you like. They add new dishes to their menu from time to time, so it would be interesting to see what they come up with next. Stop in and see for yourself the appetizing and mouthwatering menu they have. I can guarantee you will agree,...
