Read moreWhen I walked in, I had to wait at the register for a bit for anyone to notice me, despite the fact that there were at least 5 people at the front counter area. 1 was filling orders, 1 was working the drive up, 1 was just standing there looking off in the distance, 1 was walking back and forth seemingly with no purpose, and 1 came from around the corner eventually to the register. That individual asked if I was there to place an order, to which I said yes. She said “I’ll have to see if he can fit you in” turning to the employee working the drive up window. When he came over, he was nice, but not the normal Chick-fil-a level of nice. No “my pleasure,” no smile, just cordial. The food was fast, but it seems that it was cooked ages before. I ordered a grilled sandwich which came out warm, but not hot. The tomatoes on it were under ripe but the lettuce was decent. No honey roasted bbq came out with it, despite asking for it, so I had to ask again. Overall I would avoid this place. Perhaps Corporate should send some professionals to help these employees understand what customer service is about. This is the second worst CFA experience I’ve ever had. But I would not recommend this location especially if your not looking to get what you pay for.. on numeroussss occasions I would order mediums on my fries and Mac n cheese and I literally should of just ordered a small.. I don't know if there having supply issues or what. Also I'm allergic to tomato and always say no tomato but always seem to get it put on my sandwich. Employees also ignore special requests when ordering delivery. Which sucksss when we pay so much extra on delivery than we would instore, the least they could do is pay attention to small requests.
The director here Mike replaced my meal and even on that meal, I should of just gotten smalls cause I was shorted on Mac n cheese and fries onceee again. So he offered me a refund in which I explained I had no vehicle to get to him to get the refund done so both Mike and main manager Marissa explained they could issue the refund over the phone and then I just started being ignored by Director Mike.. Which is crazyyy cause he's the one that offered the refund. Anywaysss sorry for the rant, just so done w/business...
