I ordered a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I was to be in. The woman working (she happened to be the owner of the store) measured me, then ordered a dress based on her measurements. When the dress arrived at my house and I tried it on, it was so tight it wouldn't even zip up, nor could I bend over in this dress. When I called to complain, I talked to the owner. She insisted her measurements were right even though I came up with different measurements. She accused me of gaining weight, and assumed I was lying about the dress fitting. She began to yell at me through the phone and then hung up on me. I would NEVER recommend this...

Heather was absolutely excellent about finding us a beautiful dress well within in our price range. She's so very knowledge about wedding protocol, seamstress info, shoe info and a lot more.
