Provisions Sport Shop — Local services in Ludington

I was so impressed with the customer service I received by three different women, and two others that asked if I could be helped. I had found some very unique Ludington “Family Tradition “ T-shirts in their shop earlier in the week. On our way out of town from a wonderful week of camping at the state park (a 25 year family tradition), my husband pulled up in front so I could run in and pick up some as Christmas gifts. With two dogs and a grumpy sweaty husband waiting for me in the car I knew I had to be quick ;-) I went in and found 3 of the 7 shirts I needed and as I searched for the others a very nice lady asked if she could help me. In relief I said “yes!”. Two others joined her and - while on their knees going through boxes- they pretty quickly found the other shirts I needed. While a certain level of customer service is expected, the enthusiasm, kindness and thoroughness these ladies showed while helping me find some pretty awesome Christmas gifts was very impressive.
