I got completely screwed over after I was assured my clients footage would be recovered and I was assured my clients money would not go to waste they stripped my sd card for footage and returned to me the same files and called it a diagnostic fee I get that happens but who pays us for lost money and time when the “professionals “ ment to help assured me I had it . I needed a simple hardware update (new keyboard on laptop), but they wanted to charge $54 for a diagnostic that I didn't need. It seemed ridiculous to charge for something that isn't necessary. I had just wiped the disk and installed a new OS. Besides, a Mac really doesn't need a diagnostic.
