Hibbett — Local services in Lufkin

Lizbeth was very helpful and provided very good customer service so she did deserve 5 stars. Once our order was placed which Lizbeth did for us the service from there was just horrible. Went in on the fourth day to see if our order was in and was told it was not after being told our order would be there in 3-5 days. Husband asked the manager to give him a call and let him know when they did get there. Here we are six days later and we had to finally call and ask if our order was there which it finally was. But for no one to call and tell us it was there on the fourth day is just wrong. No wonder stores are closing here and there. Just trying to shop local but it's hard to do when you get poor...

Took 5 minutes to get sales rep attention. They were to busy talking to each other. Customers are not acknowledged when entering the store. I was directed to sales items instead of being asked what type of men's shoe I was shopping. I understand why people are shopping online or going to Conroe and Houston to shop. Not sure if these small town malls understand that malls like this one are closing everyday. Customer service needs training or make over. I was ready to spend alot of monet but since I was judged. I will no longer shop Hibbett in...

This is the second time I've had to go into the store and make my purchase due to whatever problems the website is having...So I drove to the store made my purchase to ship from store to store and they are charging me a shipping fee...WHY when I'm a Hibbett VIP member or whatever it's called..I would of bought online IF the site was properly working and then they shipped them to the store..Hell if I'm paying for shipping send it to my house..Smh and I had to call them to check n see if they were delivered or not...PLEASE...
