Ordered from Little Caesars website for delivery. Paid $50 total with $20 of the total in delivery fees, surcharges, and tip. Unfortunately, they use Doordash for delivery, and they did not deliver our entire order. Therefore, part of it was missing, and they were not willing to redeliver. Absolutely unacceptable! Possibly LC didn't send the food, but definitely Doordash didn't verify the order. LC wanted only to refund the portion of the order that was not delivered. What about the person not eating? What about the % of the delivery fee, the % of the surcharges, and the % of the tip we paid for but did not receive credit. Little Caesars nor the company they use for delivery (Doordash) made any effort to resolve our problem. Doordash refused to send the driver, Mario back to redeliver and correct his error. Neither company ever offered an apology nor cared at all. Called the local LC location, where the order was prepared, directly as a last ditch effort, and the employee was very nice. He was very kind and apologized but unfortunately, couldn't do anything to help our situation. He just offered to put our name in a book for some free breadsticks next time we come in. Well, we didn't come into his location this time and definitely won't visit them in the future. Avoid both companies...

We ordered pizza from them and it arrived colder than room temperature. I had already called their customer service line and they said “we don’t refund cold pizza”. So I called our Lynn Haven store number and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. The manager said he wasn’t sure if it was cooked and put directly into the portal or if it had been in the warmer and moved to the portal, but told me it had been put in the portal at 11:02am and taken by the delivery driver at 11:07 am. It arrived at 11:25am. Our house is 10 minutes from their store on a bad traffic day. The manager told me “that’s what happens when door dash delivers”. I called the corporate store back to tell them what the store told me and the corporate woman told me “it shows here they already told you that Little Caesars doesn’t refund cold pizza. All you can can do now is wait 5-7 days and our manager will call you and tell you the same thing”. We ended up having to spend 10 minutes warming food up for everyone after it was delivered.

As a single mom with three growing boys it was a great choice because what kid doesn't like pizza and the price was perfect back then at $5 for a large pizza it was a lifesaver for my budget! Now a days, with the Extra Most Bestest, the thin crust, Italian Cheese Bread, and all the other pizza combinations it's hard not to like Little Caesar's. The convenience of the Pizza Portal Pickup is an experience that if you try it once you are hooked. Simply order and pay on the app. The app gives you a pickup time and the portal code. All that's left to do is drive over to Little Caesars, enter your portal number, pick up your pizzas and don't forget your sauces. It's even more convenient on a busy night when the lines out the door. And that's why I love Little Caesars...
