Read moreWithout any signage or notice half the store closed and after waiting in general line at the only available registers, oh Valentine's weekend, around 8pm, folks started standing in each line and cashiers ignored folks waiting, also after dealing multiple minutes with a lady cashiering , she gets my ID info and cards me for kohls card etc and is referring to me as he and him, my name is Rachel, I have a curly Mohawk cut, and I have women's and men's clothes (as gifts) in my purchase. Another attendant came over the help the newer I'm assuming employee and didn't apply 15%, even though I handed coupon with kohls cash and pointed out and continues to HIM me, even after adressing the issue. I had to ask again to apply coupon. I will go out of my way from here forward, as a kohls MVP, and will also discourage people from this neglected inconsiderate staff. Not my first issue here, but will be my last. Probably not going to be other Kohls in futures, will change brands. Your staff could pay attention. Read moreThe item I purchased on sale did not fit. By the time my order arrived at the store for pick up, the sale was over. When I asked the Customer Service cashier if I could make an exchange, he said no and that I would have to return that one and go purchase the full price correct size. I could not find the item online again, so I searched the store and found one in stock for full price. I asked the regular cashier if she would honor the sale price of the original one and she said no. I asked for the manager would not call one for me. She said the manager went upstairs and I have to go up there to look for her. I went back to Customer Service upstairs and asked them to call the manager. I saw one manager working one of the isles and heard her reply on her radio, “I’m busy working in toys” with the assumption that I was supposed to walk over there to her.
