Run!!! Do not get your dental care here!!! I came in looking for a new dentist and a cleaning. After taking x rays they told me i needed a filling in one of my molars. They said they could do it same day and i said ok. The next week i experienced severe sensitivity to hot and cold, facial nerve pain, and eye twitching from the procedure. I went in again after explaining the issues i was having and another dentist named Sarah had to smooth out the filling done by Dr. Hayden and said my bite was off. I waited another week and was still experiencing issues with nerve pain and sensitivity. So i went back in to see Dr. Hayden and she said she had to re-do the filling. She ended up injecting me 5 times in my cheek with numbing medication that was extremely painful and i never got numb. I sat in the office for 4 hours until i asked her to just try and numb the tooth directly. She then gave me about 6-8 injections directly into my gums and all around my teeth. After completing the filling i went home exhausted and a bit traumatized from the whole experience. Little did i know my traumatizing had just begun. I woke up the next morning and my gums around the filling were so inflamed and the pain was excruciating that i couldn't eat or chew anything. Mind you, I've already been experiencing difficulty eating from the nerve sensitivity for the last 2 weeks. So i go in and they put me on antibiotics and a mouthwash and send me home. Over the course of the next week the tissue starts to cover my entire molar causing me to bite on it everytime i close my mouth. The tissue starts to turn purple, blue and white and then i knew i needed to be seen ASAP. I called the office and the person at the front desk named Emily said they didn't have a gum specialist available to see me until September and there was nothing she could do for me. I also asked to speak to a manager and she said he wasn't in the office and couldn't call me until Monday. She told me that i would have to call my insurance and find a gum specialist myself. She was extremely rude and didn't want to help me at all. I then proceeded to find a gum specialist in my area, and asked them to send my xrays over to the new dentist office. I also informed Emily that this was an emergency situation and at this point i was going to file a complaint with the Board of Dentistry for their lack of care, and lack of properly trained dentists. At this point it has been one month of severe nerve pain, not being able to eat properly, eye twitching, jaw muscle spasms, and gum tissue inflammation. I was able to find another dentist to see me same day and they showed me all the issues Dr. Hayden created for me. He said the filling was done improperly and i would have to have it re done for a THIRD time and possibly need a root canal. They ended up having to do an emergency gingivectomy and remove the dead and inflamed gum tissue. They said this was caused by severe trauma from the injections i was given and clamps they used.
Also, the office manager Dave called me back that day and told me they magically had a periodontist there that same day to see me and said i basically could only come to see them if i wanted help with adjusting my claim or anything related to billing. I said i wasn't interested in coming back and being treated by anyone there. He insisted i come and was forcing a referral being sent to the other office. The new dentist office let me know that he had called and was rude to them and asking why they were seeing me since he didn't send a referral. They explained that i didn't need a referral and I'm free to see any dentist i choose. They told me this was really weird behavior from a dentists office to call like he was and requesting me to not be seen by them.
So not only do they have dentists that will RUIN your mouth, but rude and coercive front desk and billing staff. At this point all i can do is pray i don't have any long term permanent damage from what they have done. Do yourself a favor and never walk through...
Read morewent in with a large concern over a VERY swollen lymph node I thought might be related to a broken molar... I was QUICKLY dismissed of my concerns & sold a really really expensive 3d printed crown for a different tooth, they didn't even mention pulling the black & broken molar & absolutely ignored the giant swollen lymph node I had told them was swollen for the previous 6 months.. they did ZERO inspection of my mouth overall, just xrays & then of course selling me a 3d printed crown (which their walls are covered with promotional posters for, so clearly its a huge money making machine for them) I then had extreme pain for weeks after the "new crown" & was then told I needed a root canal on the same tooth the expensive crown was just put on... so back in the chair i go, AGAIN asking the other 2 dentists who saw me about my swollen lymph node which was my one & only true concern for being there... I went ignored again, not one of them telling me I should have it checked further or screened for cancer...
4 months later I finally go to a doctor. Stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma with a giant tumor on my right tonsil that CLEARLY should have been seen and advice on my first visit.
These people put making their profit on 3d printed crowns absolutely over the health of their patient. Its their JOB to be first line of defense in oral cancer screenings & they literally did/said NOTHING TO ME that my swollen node could have been cancer. And every doctor & cancer specialist I am now dealing with in treatment all say the tumor should have been GLARING alongside the grape sized lymph node I had entering my first visit with.
I am beginning to explore legal options for this clear malpractice/failure to advise patients on larger health issues they are SUPPOSED to screen for.
They didn't cause my cancer, but they sure put me 5 months behind it being diagnosed so they could bill my insurance $5k for a crown I didn't even need at the time.
Absolutely disturbing by how this office operates and clearly reading through other reviews, this is a hack shop just trying to make as much money as possible while giving not one single care to their patients health.
3 different dentists were in my mouth & knew my concern about a grape sized lymph node, NOT ONE OF THEM ADVISED ME TO GET IT SCREENED FOR CANCER. And not one of them bothered to note the 5cm TUMOR hanging out on my tonsil, which is part...

I donât like to leave negative reviews but this time I feel its absolutely necessary in hopes of warning other people. Unfortunately, like several others who have left negative feedback, I had a similar experience.
Recently I had been searching for a new dentist. My dental situation is peculiar as I have a hard time getting numb. Thus, I need a doctor that is comfortable performing gow-gate injections. I called in advance and informed the admin of my situation along with other dental complexities I had going on at that time.
The admin staff conversed with the doctor and later that day called me back to confirm this was not a problem and that the doctor felt comfortable treating me as a patient.
ONCE I ARRIVED to my appoint the head of billing, David came to talk with me and said the doctor doesnât feel comfortable treating my case and recommends me to see a specialist. What changed between the phone call and my appointment? Just Dr. Jason Byun;s mind I guessâŚ. I did my due diligence, called in advance and informed them of my dental issues beforehand because I did not want to waste my time nor the doctors.
Man this was such a distasteful experience because for one, the doctor himself didnât have the decency to come out and be accountable for his decisions, instead he sent someone else to do his bidding. I hate to say this but I wasted my time. I cant ask my job to reverse my PTO but apparently they can just shrug it off.
Here is where the fraud alert comes into play. 1.5 MONTHS LATER I received an EOB from my insurance! An insurance claim that had been submitted by their office. I had ZERO contact with any doctor. It's incredibly disappointing to deal with both poor communication and unexpected, unjustified treatments. Fortunately I was not charged but was voided benefits when I tried to find a different dentist. Honestly, if I didnât receive mail correspond from my insurance Im not sure I would have noticed.
This place was mentioned to me by an acquaintance, they too had mentioned they had previously been charged with miscellaneous charges but overall were content with treatment. If thats what it would take to get me numb I was comfortable with that exchange but man⌠that takes the cake.
If you are a patient here I highly recommend requesting an itemized statement after every...
