Visited your place for the first time ever on Oct 1 , got the mini combo family platter mentioned what a great price is was $34.99 the African young gentleman and the lady agreed with me .. and went on to prepare the meal for me .. asked me what protein I wanted , besides all the chicken options I mentioned I wanted double lamb .. ( to my surprise when I got home I had NONE in the box , my husband was not happy ) , after they finished preparing it they proceeded to to ring me up .. only to tell me ..” oh sorry it’s not $34.99 it’s actually $44.99 , the special is only in the weekend “ .. I was like oh well , since you already made it I guess I’ll take it .. The food was very tasty and flavorful, great portion , nice full box of salad , which made me go yet again 3 days later ( Saturday ) and order another mini combo… The experience was nothing like before .. I got there around 7:15 ish .. there was only one couple ahead of me and they were also working on a online order.. They I asked again for extra lamb and mentioned how I didn’t get it last time .. They had to cook more .. said it will be 10 min for it .. ( definitely was not .. more like 20) they set up my enter tray besides the lamb and the crispy chicken.. they proceeded To finely chop up all the chicken why why why ?!?! I didn’t catch them on time to tell them not too till the crispy chicken.. it was not chopped up like this last time .. I get it for wraps but not for a serving tray .. I’m not feeding birds .. I like using tongs , my daughter likes dipping her chicken in garlic sauce .. not this time she couldn’t even pick up the pieces.. while the lamb cooked my food was left open without the lid on till eventually I asked her to please cover it as it was getting cold … ( sure enough it was cold) This meal & salad it’s supposed to feed 4 people .. yet the salad was so small it wasn’t feeding 2 people .. I’m assuming there should have been 4 pieces of flat bread .. we only got 3 .. But besides all that the food was just bland .. no flavor .. the rice mushy and overcooked .. my husband took a bite and agreed with me that it’s just absolutely awful.. when we were here on Wednesday we loved loved it .. couldn’t have enough of it .. this time around we just ate mostly the bread and hummus and garlic .. Sure enough we will not be back .. those young men definitely need more training in cooking that food .. I’m sure they missed spices and what not when cooking the meets and rice .. it was so delicious and flavorful when the young African American gentleman served me the other day .. Something...

my family and i had been trying to get our schedules to line up with open hours since they've opened. i barely made it happen mad it 15 min before closing and made sure to call ahead. as soon as we entered we were greeted with friendly smiles. i was helped through the menu by the manager (i think) and honetsly i was just trying to rush to get ordered so they could close and i missed his name. He made great recommendations for my picky kids who all got the quesopitas. I also wanted to make sure they got to try a bunch of new things this trip so we also got a mini combo platter a salad a chicken shawarma sandwich a cup of curry rice stew, fries,and drinks and baklava. of course being Dad out running around with the kids i managed to leave the combo platter on the roof... made it out of the parking lot through the intersection past Tractor supply and all the way to the roundabout before i heard it slide off.Luckily the tray was soo well wrapped i circled back and there it was completely unharmed on the sidewalk.lol made for a very interesting trip but got home and had an amazing late dinner. kids were grabbing things to try without even asking what it was and loving every bite. ive honestly never seen my kids this excited to return to a restaurant that didnt have a play structure. we will be...

We live walking distance, we're giving up on this place. They screw up all the time. They forget garlic, they forget bread, they get components in the order incorrect. Do not order online, period, and most especially not when you're in a hurry, because they are bad at watching the computer when online orders come through leaving you standing there forever waiting. I don't know how you can miss online orders so consistently in this day and age but they managed to do it.

UPDATE: In an annoying development, the owner figured out who I am based on my first name and the timing of this complaint being posted. They then thought it was appropriate to call the phone number from the order on a Saturday evening in an attempt to get the review taken down. When that went to voicemail, they tried texting to offer $100 to take down the review.

UPDATE TO THE OWNER: It's simple, do better and you won't get bad reviews. On the obvious occasions things get screw up, your employees should be under strict orders to fix it RIGHT THEN.
