JAYNE La Grange — Local services in Lyons Township

Stop by Jaynes in LaGrange Today, 5/20/2023, they had a few associates but none of them greeted us or acknowledged me or my friend. I saw a few pieces I liked, but because the associates clearly did not want to be bothered, I left the store. These idiots did not even make eye contact, they looked the other way, and carried on in conversations w/ coworkers. While browsing the boutique, I noticed they greeted ‘certain customers’ instead and was more attentive to those customers. I will not return to the La Grange location again. The associates were rude and very ignorant. I’m glad I was able to find another boutique 2 mins away, CLEO’s! I will definitely return to shop at Cleo’s! THE place for women's clothing and shoes. They have great styles and are constantly refreshing their merch, so every visit is a new treasure hunt. Awesome sales, sign up for their emails for info on VIP sales, private parties, etc. I have also hosted a private party here- you get to invite friends to come shop with you and get 20% off, sip a beverage, and they provided a charcuterie assortment which was a really nice touch. Although there were no clothes for guys, let me tell you it's the most well-organized, beautiful store for women. Shoes, clothes, accessories, It's it's well curated and well worth the visit. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, definitely not pushy but they did not ignore us. It's a little treasure in the area and I definitely know where to go for gifts...
