Cute store, as most Hallmark stores are. However, extremely rude staff. I tried to return a defective item, and wasn't even allowed to explain. Was interrupted, talked over, and ultimately refused to be helped. When I later spoke with the manager on the phone, was not treated respectfully either. She had clearly been filled in on the situation, and made assumptions that were not accurate, and was hesitant to hear the details. After explaining the situation, she reluctantly offered to take the return. She never even apologized for her employees brutish behavior. When I returned the item, the manager was courteous, but I'm not sure that's enough to change my mind. While I love Hallmark and the products offered here, I will drive a little further from home and shop at another location. Good customer service is key to maintaining...
