Stephan Rood was a great!! He helped us get exactly what my mother was looking for. Once we communicated what we were interested in, he respectfully did not waste our time showing us vehicles we had no interest in. Unfortunately this happens often, but he understood our time was valuable and the sale went quickly. We drove off purchasing the vehicle after business hours so we had to return the next following day for a full detail wash of the vehicle. During this time we explains that the tent got scratch when the window was rolled down. This was explained to the service department. We were advise to call Stephan however, I received a call from Stephan the very next morning making arrangements to take in the truck to fix the tent. I was thrilled I didn’t have to call him or chase him down. He was on it and there no effort on my end, as it should be. The service was excellent and everyone was nice and respectful. The lady in the front desk, sorry I didn’t get her name, but she was just so darn friendly and sweet. True disclaimer, I wrote off Ford Chaparral almost two decade ago based on a horrible auto service experience, but I’m glad I gave them a second chance. So...

Just wanted to share my experience with Joe and the wonderful management team and finance team.
