Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Lytle

Went through drive-thru today 1/05/2022 what a nitemare, could not get no one on the speaker to take order , man infront of me kept trying to get his order taken , could not get no one to come on speaker and take his order , 2 other vehicles behind me finally just left , about 20 miniutes later still no one came on speaker to get man's order in front of me , finally an employee coming into work I asked if she could please get someone to get on drive-through speaker and start taking or orders , it was finally my turn I get my order done get to the window my whole order was wrong , boy at window said well thats what you ordered I kindly said no it was not he had a fit , started giving me a bad attitude and shoving things around another lady came I explained the problem she said she would take care of it she charged my debit card again for more money got my order again and it was wrong told her again no this is not what I ordered , she said yes it is of course I was like no it's not she said ok I will fix it well after charging my debit card 3 different times the order still came back wrong , I finally told the lady just forget it and give me my money back she states it will be refunded but could take up to two weeks to show up so now I have no food and I am out $34.05 til 2 weeks from now never again this is the worst place to go they never get orders right , they need to hire someone besides a bunch of rude teenagers when I was at the window there was a bought 4 girls all piled up in the corner the blond headed one was talking about how she went off on another employee and how she don't take no well I ain't even gonna use the words this girl was saying I felt like I was in the twilight zone for real it...

Literally waited 23 minutes for food. I pushed the buttons a few times to check in the status and first time I was told to "give me a second" carhop never came back on. Second time gentleman just said "it'll be right out" while we continued to wait. When it finally came out it we noticed a drink missing right away. The carhop told is to check the bag for accuracy of food but proceeded to walk off so we had to wait for her to come out again just to tell her our entire order was someone else's. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked to cancel and just give me my refund. I then proceeded to wait and then requested an actual copy of my receipt 3x before I finally got them to bring out the original so that I could take a picture of it. The "manager" tried to give me zoomed in print outs that excluded all corporate and survey information. Never once did was there an apology for the wait, lack of customer service or inaccuracy of the order. I would never go to this location again. So disappointing. Was literally in the parking stall from 5:00 - 5:42 (partially trying to be patient for food and partially waiting for a simple receipt request) and still left...

I placed an order for slushies. I asked to make sure they heard the order correctly they repeated it back to me right. But when I get my order they forgot a slush and said I didn't ask for another one even though I had them repeat it back to me. I was nice about it and asked if they could charge me for another and the girl looked confused about what I was asking and left. Then I get a call on the ordering menu saying they forgot to add it and they will be right out with it. I said thank you and they started mumbling something to each other before cutting out. A few minutes later I get the slushie and girl hands it back kind of rudely and I tell her thank you and she just starts walking off. So I look at my slushie and I notice it's kinda off looking. I open the top and see no nerds like I asked for and the slush is hardly mixed at all. Just white slush and a blue syrup swirl. Was not happy about the service here for a...
