Buyers beware I went in to get new service with Tmobile. Matt was the one who helped me out. While I was getting the phone he gave me options for phone cases, to which I reply no thank you, then he says they are free on promotion. Then he threw 3 GPS tracking devices in my bag and told me they are free as well for signing up. When I got home I tried to set up my account on the tmobile app but was never given a pin number or asked about a pin I would like to set up.(I did not know I need a pin till I got home) The next day I went to a different tmobile store to get another phone because they did not have a specific phone in the lytle location that my wife wanted. While at the san antonio location I was informed that I was charged for all the "FREE" items Matt told me are "free". I was told to go back and have them fix the issue in the lytle location. When I go back to get this issue fixed, the manager (Dustin) proceeds to remove my insurance on both lines and lowered my plan WITHOUT my permission and instead told me he instead gave me a permanent credit on all the devices every month to fix this error instead of giving back the devices to fix their mistake. I've had to completely cancel my account because of deceitfulness to make commission and change my plans without consent. I was only a customer for 4 days! Read moreDO NOT Go to this location with issues. (Clueless). Thursday 08/22/24 around 1 pm, I walked in to this store because I needed help with my phone. My Phone wouldn't send Text Msgs. When I walked in there was 2 girls and a guy. The guy was helping me and didn't know what was going on or even know anything about Phones. One of the other girls walked up and tried to help out but also didn't know what to do either. She just handed the phone back to the guy. They started messing with my apps but still didn't solve the issue that I had. When I walked out of this store in Lytle, I told them I was going to report them to T-mobile and they said go ahead like they didn't care. Their customer service sucks and their ability to fix or help with phone issues is very poor. I had to drive 45 mins one way to San Antonio T-Mobile store for help. As soon as I walked in they knew what was going on. They were able to fix my issue in less than 2 mins. Going forward, I will have to drive 45 mins one way to have my issues solved or even buy another phone if I choose to stay with T-Mobile...
Read moreTotally clueless customer service had new Sim card installed because was with sprint would not let me make calls from my phone from home. Girl said nothing can do get a booster. Called up sprint rep walked me threw on steps to make sure Sim was fully activated. It wasn't. Customer service didn't even attempt to call in to company to aquire any type of checks that could be done to verify issues . If this is how t mobile trains there personal I'll be looking for new provider service. Definitely t mobile don't care about customers satisfaction sad stay away from this store....
