The food was definitely delicious, but the customer service, for me, was horrible tonight. I versed my whole order and throughout the order, I was told to repeat and when I did the order was still repeated back wrong. Then when I recieved my order it was confusing and I kept on being confused until finally one guy told me I needed to have 2 separate tickets and I told him that was fine. Minutes later the order was still not organized correctly...I became irate and started telling them that I had 2 coupons then they repeated the order back to me wrong again and told me 1 coupon per visit and Then they just put both into the 1 ticket and I paid. Then the guy told me that he went ahead and just gave me a free burger and that I won't have to pay for it. I began feeling like I stole something. I then parked and checked everything. I found that the order was done correctly and that I paid for everything according to the coupons. Changing my review from 3 years ago. My father and I have eaten there regularly for 4 years. Today was our last poor experience. My order was wrong again, bad or incorrect orders 3 out of 5. When I was brought my food and I discovered the mistake. I showed the mistake to the server. She immediately grab the food, I asked to keep part of the sandwich and she refused. Meanwhile my father was attempting to eat and wait on my food. They also brought me french fries when on the receipt,I asked for apple slices, a completely different mistake on the same order. When my food was brought to me I was soon addressed by I assume a manager. She told me I was wrong for yelling at employee. I explained I spoke angerly, but did not tell. Was I suppose to be happy the screwed up dinner with my 81 yo gather? If I had been yelling they would have heard me around restaurant, yet when she left other customers came to me and asked what happened. They were there I never yelled. Manager explained, "They look out for their own". Very threatening. Apparently they do not need customers and I will take my business...
