I went in to have 2 inches trimmed off my hair. It was soaking wet when I left and all the hair was sticking together so it looked ok. I went to the grocery store them home. By the time I returned ho.e my hair.was dry when I looked in the mirror I almost had an anxiety attack my hair was supposed to be trimmed in a slight v cut, it was straight across in some areas and v cut in others and had chunks missing. I went straight back up there to find that they can only give u a refund of the manager is there. Even though it was the assistant manager who butchered my hair her name is Rosie. Beware !!!!! She didn't even have the courtesy to come out and say anything one of the other girls tried to fix it, she did ok with what she had to work with but it still has gaps and is longer on one side. I asked what could be done to not have a triangle look to my hair when styling. And I explained I was no longer using heat on my hair to improve its health. There was no advice given. Except that i could curl it under with my blow dryer or flat iron. 😒 I left with unsatified. I later looked up online that I should layer my hair to avoid the unwanted triangle look I was dreading. I would just like for stylists to be more informative. They go to school to work the skills of hair styling and work with different hair textures. Read moreWent to get my son a haircut and said I might get one. She calls me up cuts the end of my hair straight as a board I ask for a v shape and she still gave me board straight. Then it's my son's turn he's 18 months. We took him here the last time and the lady did a good job. This time it was a disaster. After I explained to then that my son isn't wear the smock they said they wouldn't service him without it. Even though they agreed last time to do it w/o, anyways they make him scream and cry trying to do it. THEN the assistant manager tells me tells me they won't service my son cause he's crying. I ask her again to just take the smock off and he'd be fine. She said they couldn't do it so I left. You ladies need to have more experience with young kids....
