Zales — Local services in Macon

I am very disappointed in the follow up service I received. The first time I went to Zales, I was with my fiance and service was great. I went in later for a ring repair and was chastised for not bringing my ring in 6 months after it was bought for an inspection. It was very upsetting to receive this treatment, but I thought maybe she had a bad day. The repairs took longer than expected and once again, when I went in to pick up my ring I recieved the same treatment. I patiently waited my turn while the service reps kindly helped a man before me. Then when it was my turn their entire attitude changed. I was greeted with "what do you need?" and attitude for the rest of the transaction. It was very frustrating because I watched a kind service experience before me, and after me, but yet I did not receive that same treatment. I always use my best manners when speaking to service reps because I know how rude people can be, but I did nothing to prompt...

Not impressed, I took my engagement ring in to be serviced because a couple of stones had fallen out within a month and a half of having it. I inquired on having it sized and was told that there would not be a cost. 4 weeks later I received a call from a service rep who sounded confused about my order and said that my ring was still needing to be sent out. It came in a week later but I was charged for the sizing , regardless of being told otherwise. My husband and I went in today to just get some ideas for a new ring since I've lost 70 lbs. Yevonna cleaned my ring, it's so shiny now , and helped us understand a lot of different options that we had! We are getting my ring resized and I'm getting a band to go with it! She was incredible and the other sales people in there were so nice as well! They seem to have a lot of great benefits to being one of their customers as well!
