Initially, I was just wanted to get another bed like my old one (2 years old) but smaller as the king would not fit in the room I needed to sleep in. I thought that I would add an adjustable base since I was loosing the size. I did not know that it would be such a big deal. Upon arrival the bed that I picked and adjustable base was fine then the base quit working so I had to sleep flat while waiting for a motor. That did it, I picked the wrong mattress and was mad cause the base quit on me. I called and spoke with Jen and she went to work. I had to rely on her to help me and she did. She recommended the perfect bed and got me set up with a new base too. If you are wondering what you should get ask her! She worked with me until I had the right bed and base. A++++ Highly...

My husband and I went to Mattress &More Springhurst and we really wanted to write this review and give 'High Praise" to our sales person Jen. Jen was and is one of the most knowledgeable and personable sales persons that we have ever met. This was our third time purchasing a mattress there and all though our experience has always been good, Jen made our experience tonight "GREAT"!!! We purchased the mattress Jen recommended and we are very pleased with our purchase. THANK YOU Jen for making our experience with you so comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely continue to make this store our Go-to for any mattress purchase and will definitely be spreading...

Best place to get a mattress. Getting a mattress was made easy thanks to Jen. Came in only knowing a couple things about what I was looking for and she helped guide me to the right one for my needs. There was plenty of help for a busy sales weekend, so I didn't have to wait. They had a phenomenal selection as well, very wide range of options in mattresses, and more. Lol. Delivery options to suit any needs as well. Definitley buying my next mattress here as well. Watch out for plastic "spills", they're fake but but will give you a mini heart attack every time, a real thrill...
