Stopped by this Taco Bell on a busy Friday night, and overall, things were decent. The food we did get was fresh and hot, and the staff seemed to be working hard with a long line of cars. However, I have to give it 3 out of 5 for service. The wait time was longer than expected, and while I understand it was a busy night, it got frustrating. We double-checked our order at the speaker, asked more than once to confirm a specific item, and were told it was included. But once we pulled around and checked the bag off to the side, we realized it hadn’t been rung up at all. After waiting in that long line and with the lot full of cars, it just wasn’t worth trying to go back inside or rejoin the drive-thru line to fix it. One, because it wasn’t even on the receipt, and two, it honestly felt like too much of a hassle at that point. So I just said forget it, skipped the item, and we went home. What’s more frustrating is that I rarely eat Taco Bell—this was maybe my second time all year. It’s not my favorite to begin with, and situations like this are why I usually avoid it. Compared to other spots that are quicker, more consistent, and where the line keeps moving, this just felt like another reminder of why it’s not high on my list. If they’d gotten the order right or the experience was smoother, it might’ve changed my opinion a bit. But instead, it kind of just confirmed why Taco Bell is a "sometimes, if ever"...
Read moreMy burrito supreme didn't even have sour cream on it but it was loaded down with taco sauce. It had so much taco sauce the entire outside of the white flour tortilla was red like the mild sauce. That's ridiculous I couldn't even eat it. Gross. Soggy It barely had lettuce. didn't come close to being a supreme. It was slopped together .every bite I took, pieces fell from it. that's not normal. It was disgusting I just threw it away after 4 bites. Just like throwing five bucks away. I couldn't handle the taste ot the mess. I shouldn't have had to handle it. It's either caused by laziness or uneducated or being in a hurry to try to rush through the process of their job. thanks for ruining my experience. Everywhere else in the United States usually beans and beef is on a real burrito supreme maybe not at this location .. but sour cream is involved in this too but not mine they didn't miss out on the going overboard with tomatoes. just thinking about it makes me more upset. then to top it off I spend $30($29) and I had to wait 6 minutes for a receipt because she said it never printed out .well if was given to me in the first time obviously it would need to be a re print it when I had to request it.. instead I got rolled eyes from the the drive thru person and I held up a line of cars behind me. What a disappointment I will never eat there again at...
Read moreI ordered a breakfast crunch wrap combo "were out of hash browns." Okay, whatever, I'm used to this restaurant always being out of stuff. It's usually a 50/50 on whether they even have mountain dew, an extremely popular drink. But again, used to it. I pull around to the window "we're waiting on fresh cinnabons, can you pull around?" Okay, I don't mind waiting for fresh food, I'm in no hurry. I wait for a few minutes and they bring the food out, I have to ask them for my mountain dew which they hadn't brought out. They bring it out "sorry, no ice." Okay, would've liked to know that ahead of time but no biggie. I forget to check my food because I'm distracted by the no ice mountain dew. I get home. No Cinnabons. So I immediately call them. "Oh I'm sorry, I thought they told you, were out of Cinnabons." What??? I was told to pull around to wait for fresh ones, what was I waiting for then??? Of course no one "told me." They said I can "come back in an hour and a half." What the hell? If I had known I would have asked for a refund and to just pay for the crunch wrap. In fact, they didn't even offer a refund. They legitimately scammed me. So if you come here, there's a 50/50 chance what you want is in stock and even if it isn't, they will charge you anyways. Always...
