After my husband and I arrived, we simply wanted to buy a money order and a few bottles for f juice. We waited for 10 minutes for an employee to come to customer service. She had been in the back room of the customer service area. When she initially spoke to us, I heard a small noise but I could not make out what she was saying. Her blue hair and large ear gauges were a little distracting for me. We got what was needed at customer service and proceeded to head for the juice section. My husband asked a pharmacy technician for a manager. We waited another 12 minutes for a manager to come speak with us. The manager was polite when we explained our frustration, however, after wasting close to 20 minutes with most of the employees who walked past us ignoring us, we explained to the manager that we would not be shopping at that location. Kroger, Kroger gas station, Shoe Sensation, 88 King Buffett, GNC, Goodwill, Sally's Beauty Supply, Smokers Shop, Little Caesars Pizza, Great Clips, Maurice's,...
