It takes either one really bad experience or several bad experiences for me to leave a review. Unfortunately i have had several bad experiences. There have been at least 3 times i have gone where they are out of key ingredients. I went once and they were out of ham, turkey, roast beef and bacon not to mention the veggies as well. When i go it seems to take longer than what I’ve ever experienced from other subways to get sandwiches through the line. I was the third person in line and was in there for almost 15-20 minutes. No big deal, so i will order online in hopes to skip the line in store. Then the other day i placed a to go order. I was in a hurry and was actually 15 minutes late from my order time. I ran in to see no sandwiches in the pick up area. So i waited. When someone finally asked me if i was there for a pick up i said yes. I got the feeling i was bothering them. They did not have sandwich even started. I waited until a couple minutes went by for someone to attempt to start on them. At that point i told them to please just refund me as i didn’t have the time to wait (why i ordered online in the first place) at first I got the runaround telling me I would have to get with the app to get a refund and finally some girl just went ahead and did it and gave me a refund. There was no so sorry we didn’t make your sandwich or sorry for the circumstances for whatever reason. Read moreThis subway has gone down hill. The younger guys that work nights are so lazy. I came in at 9 pm, they close at 10pm. They had all the drinks put up, Fresca machines put up, most sandwich ingredients put up and they were sweeping like their life depended on it and I stood and waited until one of them figured out I wasn't leaving and he had to make a sandwich. What a fiasco. The sandwich was a mess. I had to repeat every ingredient twice because the guy making my sandwich looked like he was in another world. I asked for extra mayo and he didn't put any at all, but thats partly my fault for not catching it, because I didn't realize until I got home that i had a dry sandwich! He never greeted me, looked at me or asked me anything, and when I tried to just small talk politely while we went down the line, he just ignored me. Okay, needless to say. Not impressed. Read moreI arrived at our local Subway here in Magnolia Texas and I saw the guy working as he was making a custom sandwich for a customer for Uber.
The customer's order look nice so I told Ethan (the guy working in the counter) to reproduce the order for me. The dude was up to the challenge. It was like waiting for surprise. I got a couple of orange juices (had my buddy with me) and took a seat.
The order was soon done and we picked up our sandwiches.
