Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Magnolia

Thank you all for being so kind to me. I am very ill, just had a surgery that went very wrong, managed to break both my shoulders. Everyone here is very kind and helpful. Kindly help me pay with my card as I can't reach the reader anymore. Everyone comes out to see how I am doing and talk with my mom and I. I have been going to this location for years and my point is they all go above and beyond. When I call in to order they recognize my voice and know what I want to order because they remember me. Truly, I consider you all friends. More than just customer service, when you are truly valued and people genuinely care.

The food is fantastic. Always hot and fresh. We always order the same thing. Two of the number one Sonic Cheeseburgers. They are always made per our request and are always fresh.

The only place worth eating at in Magnolia. This is truly 5 star service and food. I would highly recommend you visit here.

Not a bad place to eat. Most of the time the service is to be expected but their are these times where the service just is not their. Today was the day as I specially order my son a special drink because of his diabetes and made to to explain why I needed to make sure the drink was made the way I asked and was assured that it was made exactly as asked. Well after about 5minutes of my son taking one small sip of his drink his blood sugar sky rocketed as this is what happens when they ignore you when you ask for Normal ice, and they give you the ice that is used to make a slushee. The drink is suppose to be a slushee, but with normal ice and Sprite Zero. I guess mommy needs to go back to basics again and taste test everything that he going to place in his mouth first to make sure before I give it to him. These are the days that you just wish for one day that diabetes education was mandatory if you work or serve food...

Hub and I visited evening of 4/5/19. There was a pick of a Strawberry sprite slushy on the left hand menu board so my hub ordered one. The girl appeared with our food and a Sprite slushy. He told her that's not what he ordered so she went back to get the strawberry sprite slushy and she has a little attitude. She came back with a strawberry drink and another drink because she didn't remember what she said but neither were the strawberry sprite slushy. She said they didn't serve a strawberry sprite slushy even though the picture was clearly on the menu board. He took the strawberry drink to just be done with it and she said something with an attitude and walked away. I don't get this at all as Sonic is always talking about all the different drink mixes you...
