Went in to get a photo shoot done for my 7 month old. The manager took them (Asian lady) when she showed us the pictures she only gave us the option of ordering the most expensive package. As if it was the only one to choose. The total came out to $350. I felt pressured into it. I felt uneasy when leaving. I looked at the website and saw there were other less expensive packages. So I tried to cancel the order. It was too late but customer service said once I got the canvases I could return them to the studio for a refund. So when I got them I took them to the studio and just my luck the manager wasn’t there to do the refund. Went in another day and when I said I wanted to return them she said “what are we supposed to do with these? We can’t sell them to anybody else. Did you even open the canvases and see them? We can’t do the return” When asked why I wanted to return I said I changed my mind and I found a cheaper way to get the canvases. That they were way too expensive. I told her I talked to someone and they said I could in fact return them. Thats when she realized she couldn’t lie. She asked who said. I said customer service. Her tone then changed to convince me to keep them. She had me wait about 2 hours to get a refund. I just wanted a partial refund since I had already received the digital pictures. So first she was going to give me the difference. Then she said she had to call the other manager that never showed. Just to tell me, I need to give you the full refund and now you have to pay for the digital pictures. I was so done with the interaction and only reason I didn’t go off was cause my baby was with me. But she was literally the nastiest person. So different from my initial interaction the day of the photo shoot. DONT EVER GO. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. WASTE YOUR TIME.&...
Read moreThis is the worst photography place that I ever been. If you thinking about going here don’t!! Waste of time and money. Me and my husband called and told them that we might be 10 minutes late, so they told us that they won’t take 10 minutes late. So, we rushed to JCPENNY on time. However, we were waiting for 1 hour to get our picture taken! Horrible! Our appointment were at 1:30pm and we didn’t get our pictures taken until 1:45pm! No one come and check on us or giving us an update on why it behind the schedule. I understand is holiday season, but why can’t you manage your time with your customers!!!! The employees are also very RUDE! After we got our picture taken, the photographer told us that he needs to upload the pictures and that would take 5 minutes. We came out and stading and waiting for about 20 minutes. Then, I decided to ask one of the employee there (short hair purple) if my pictures are ready to be viewd. Then, she saw a picture board behind us and said cause you were standing in front of it, so I can’t see. So, I responded back and said but it’s your job to come check on it cause the place was packed with people and there was no seats for us to wait. The whole time she was talking and sitting at the front desk without doing her job. Very rude! This is the worst photography experienced that I ever had. This place should be shut down! I would not recommend anybody to go there. I would recommend you to get a professional photographer at studio that work with you and be more professional. Read moreChecked in about 40 minutes before our appointment time. Waited 30 minutes past our appointment time. When I checked in, I selected a background and noticed that the employee had to cross out background selections already on my sheet because another woman checking people in got me confused with someone who had a similar first name even though the last names were completely different. About 15 minutes after my appointment time I asked how much longer and was told that I was next. They called someone else. I inquired about it, and was told that family also had an 11am appointment and checked in before me. The third person to mistake Daye Williamson for Dana something or other. I got attitude ffrom 3 different employees about how this was 'normal' or 'pretty good' wait times beyond the appointment for the holidays. They took the pictures with the wrong background still! I never even got an apology for the wait or for REPEATEDLY mismispronouncing my name ("day", not super hard) OR for confusing me with another customer a bunch of times by 2 different employees 3 different times. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the positive attitude of the photographer during the shoot even though she made a snarky comment about how I needed to "hang tight and they'll get to me".....yes, but I made an appointment for a reason and I'm flexible within about 15 minutes of any appointment and longer had a not checked in so early.
