Maya the manager at this location is extremely rude. There was confusion at drive thru about my pick up order. I can see her through window as I’m waiting and she looks like she does not want to work & completely ignored people at the drive thru and lies she did not see them or hear them because of her headset. If you’re working the drive thru, how do you not notice someone is there? Make no sense. She does not deserve to be a manager as she lacks professionalism. She denied me service initially, & told me she will give me a “hard time” until she realized it was herself that was making the situation worse as cars behind me are waiting. Which is exactly what a manager should not do. Because she wanted to continue to yell the customers behind me were upset. She is a horrible example of a leader and should not be working in customer service role. I spent $45 just to be yelled at at by a lazy employee who purposely ignores, denies service, and waste peoples time but she’s so proud to tell them “I am the manager” when I did not ask who is the manager. Get her off her high horse. She needs to be fired as she is probably the reason why this location has so many complaints about staff rudeness and lack of kindliness, I love Panera but not this location. It’s terrible...
Read moreit a shameful story to share with you all. but last week i left my car key in my car in front of the Panera Bread. my ph batter was low and i was very nervous at that time to contact my friends and insu. i saw two Panera staff and asked them to help me out. although it was a busy lunch time, Mike came my car to see how he could help and he even allowed me to use his ph. but i didn't in the end i went to the inside of Panera to stay warm and charge my ph & laptop. and thankfully i didn't forget to carry my ph, laptop, a book, and credit card. lol it was cold outside. Mike welcomed me very warmly. and other staff were kind as well. today i'm visiting and typing this review to say thank to Mike and his staff. today i see the same kind smile he makes to all customers. thanks a bunch to Mike! he is a manager of the restaurant, but you can see him in the hallway to welcome you of course; moreover, clean up the dining tables and prepare your food in the kitchen and even in the drive-through. thus, i'd like to recommend you to visit the Panera. you can experience diversity there with great food and...
Read moreAbsolutely awful experience at this location. Prior to ordering the Website showed a 10 minute pick up time. I ordered my food and drove there at the beginning of my lunch break. Once I arrived I checked my my phone and it showed a ready pick up time of 40 minutes after the time I ordered. I asked the employee to expedite the process. After waiting for 20 minutes I finally watched my name appear on the preparing screen. In the meantime, I watched 3 customers place new orders at the counter and receive their door before mine was even started. I asked for a manager & was greeted by Jose. Jose could not have been less helpful, understanding, or sympathetic when I told him I had an hour lunch break and that ordering ahead was a time saving measure.
