The lady that helped us out tonight was super helpful and easy going. Unfortunately some underaged brat came in spouting how she "know's the owner" and is "gonna get her fired" because the kind lady politely told the brat that she could not sell her a juul pod.
The brat started spouting off about how she's not the one buying it and how she brought her friend in for that very reason because he had a valid I.D. The lady told the brat that she wouldn't be able to help her after the brat started swearing at and yelling at the employee. And then the brat started calling her mommy to message the owner so that she could buy her juul.
10/10 customer service and knowledge of the law but I really, sincerely hope the owner doesn't actually allow brats like this to buy juul pods illegally because they're friends with their mothers.
If the owner has any questions I'd love to chat with you. The lady there is superb-but trashy brats like that girl shouldn't be able to be in the store causing a scene infront of and disturbing the experience of other customers. The attendants are always so knowledgeable and they really do have one of the best selections, from juices, devices, accessories, refills and even incense selections. Their prices are astounding. They have specials for certain juices as well as a discount bin for juices they are trying to sell fast. I have really gotten some great selections from the bin so TRY IT. They have a points system, where the rewards are real monetary discounts on future purchases. Super easy to input your points while at check out as they have modern check out machines. The store is well decorated and laid out. For the most part, it's always clean. The location is good but there isn't a lot of parking as it is situated in the midst of other stores and restaurants. I bought a $20 Vape battery which did no work/hold a charge. I brought it back two days later. From the moment I walked in, the woman (Jamie) behind the counter was unfriendly and unwilling to help, simply stating that the store policy of "no refunds or exchanges" was posted all around the store.
"But... you sold me a product that does not work. I can't have the same thing in exchange - but one that is functioning properly?"
"No. We do not open the package of every product we sell and test it to make sure it works so I cannot offer you a replacement for this item."
