Been here multiple times for both retail and their bar- however after today’s experiment it will be our last. The product is decent but a little on the pricier side.Ricardo was so rude and condescending during our purchase he made it so we’ll never come back. As we were checking out we noticed a stain on one the sweat pants we were buying and simply asked to exchange for another pair that didn’t have a stain. The purchase hadn’t even been put into a bag yet but we just finished paying . Due to us paying for the item already (but literally not even leaving the cashiers desk) Ricardo overheard our request to switch sweats & marched up and said “too bad all sales are final” and walked away. He didn’t even try and understand the situation at all. We looked at him in shock and they brought out their other manager who ultimately handled the situation professionally and finally let us exchange the pants. Our ask wasn’t some ridiculous request, it was a simple practical request that could have been easily handled. Ricardo has zero customer service skills and ruined our experience. I had experienced very rude and unprofessional saleswomen/cashiers. I needed to return an item which was purchased a few days ago, definitely was bought within 7 days and according to the refund/exchange rules - I could do so within 7 days from purchase date as well as I was assured over the phone the following day that I can return the item within 7 days as long as I have my receipt. My item was bought inside of their store-not outside-like one of the cashiers was attempting to point out. They all got really defensive as they did not want to provide a refund and the way how they talked back at me was disgusting. A male salesperson interfered as he witnessed how rude one of them was, and he helped me from that point on. He did not provide a refund, he exchanged an item for me, but was polite unlike unprofessional female cashiers. I will never shop at this location again and possibly won't ever buy...

This is possibly the most poorly managed, least professional establishment I ever have been to in my 42 years on this earth. I had to remind a staff member, who would not tell me his name but had long blonde hair, 4 TIMES to check if they had the correct size in a pair of sweats for my daughter. After he FINALLY brought it back, he threw it on the ground and told me to ask someone else for help. I then saw him walk across to the dreamland bar and take 2 shots while obnoxiously pointing and laughing with the female bartender. I cannot believe how rudely my family was treated. I will never return to this establishment and advise everyone to avoid at all costs. Spend your money anywhere...
